[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am very impressed with this combo washer and dryer. I like that I can leave my clothes in one machine and it does everything. There are couple other good features, instead of adding your laundry soup every time you can instead pour it once and the machine will decide the right amount for each cycle. Other nice features are the customizable finishing tones and the AI feature for washing and drying. A couple things that I would like to see changed in the future: Make the lint trap easier to clean and change the design so it can't easily get stuck if the basket isn't perfectly on the tracks. Improve the drying for Delicate drying function, I had to change to regular heat since my clothes came out damp.

I do wish it had a fluff setting but, learning to do laundry a different way. I wish I hadn't waited so long to make a decision as to me, it's worth every penny! I'm so happy for this new invention in my life..it's physically a life saver.

Also the ap is nice to see how much time is left on the load and get notifications. My circuit breaker kept tripping when the dryer came on but I don't know if that was the different type dryer or just the breaker wearing out. It is also nice to not need to vent it outside and need to clean out the vent hose.

I love not having to take laundry out and move to dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG washer dryer combo has made our laundry routine a great experience. This combo has unmatched efficiency and convenience. Disclaimer we live in a Brooklyn apt with 2 kids! Laundry has always been a pain because we had to go to a laundrymat. We decided to convert our half bath into a laundry and it was the greatest decision along with choosing the combo. space was very limited and I did a ton of research on the best option. First and foremost let's address the elephant in the room. This combo takes a long time to dry. This is just the nature of the beast and as technologically advanced this combo is, it still has limitations, because we do not have an option to vent out. But one great thing about this washer dryer combo is the AI and wifi connectivity. This means I can put a load of laundry in the wash at night while we go to sleep or in the morning when I drop kids to school and it will wash and dry efficiently on its own. This dryer has always dried all of my clothes to completion however the caveat is I do have to put it on an additional dry cycle. Not a big issue for my family as we're out and about and I love that I can just set it and forget it and not come back to wet smelly clothes because I've left it in the washing machine to long. I also love how spacious the inside of the combo is. Even though it has a small footprint I can still fit a whole comforter plus additional clothes inside of the cavity. The combo really makes life easy. I love the fact that I never have to reload detergent and softener. I can get about 20 loads done before I have to reload the detergent and softener again. The platform on the combo is so easy to use. Again the Wi-Fi connectivity is a huge bonus. I love that I can add an additional dry cycle to my load from the comfort of my bed. The combo does an amazing and thorough job cleaning the clothes no matter what cycle. I've used it on a quick wash and heavy duty and the clothes always come out smelling great and completely clean. Again this is a perfect situation for smaller homes. Even for a family of 4 like myself. Obviously if you have vent out cababilites, have a bigger family or even a bigger space I recommend a traditional washer and dryer. This washer/ dryer combo SUCKS! Takes 3+ hrs to dry noteven a full load! The filter system SUCKS! I have to use a small hand held vaccum to get the lint around the washer drum… to suck out! Hardly any lint goes to the top filter where it’s suppose to go! When I use wash/dry cycle…. The computer counts down to 4 minutes….. then start scouting upwards! So I can’t ever put on n leave n go to bed cuz it would still be running when I wake up! I HATE IT! Stay away from this combo! Robin.

The LG all in one has far exceeded my expectations! I love how much space is saved by only having one machine that does both the washing and drying! It has also made my life so much easier and makes doing laundry less of a chore! I love that I can just put in a load of laundry and forget about it for 2-3 hours instead of having to go back and forth with flipping the load every wash and dry. The machine also has built in AI smart sensors that helps with dispensing the right amount of detergent based on the load (I never know how much to use) and helps with determining how long a washing/drying cycle should be. The LG Thin Q app makes it pretty convenient to control the load from my phone so I can start the load at anytime and get notified of the status of the load without ever having to go near the machine! Prior to the LG all in one combo, I wasn't a fan of washer/dryer combos because I've heard that the drying capabilities don't match up to standalone dryers but that concern was immediately gone after doing the first load. It might be even better especially with the AI sensors that automatically detect how long the load needs! I also like how they have an easy lint removal filter that doesn't require me to use my hands to dispose of the lint! I was also pleasantly surprised at how quiet the machine was! After this, I don't think I can go back to doing laundry with standalone machines, not when I can easily do everything from one! All in all, I would highly recommend the LG all in one to anyone looking for something that is both time-saving and space-saving!

Not sure I'm loving this unit. I love that it washes and dries. I love that it's aesthetically pleasing and saves on space... But, it only seems to be able to do small loads effectively and we've already had an issue with the electronics. Also, our clothes don't smell super clean when they're done.
