This is A GAMECHANGER and the best best best solution for my family as a busy mother of four. No more going up and down the stairs with bulky hampers every twelve seconds of the day (or realistically: constant piles on the floor because I’m not the most consistent). My KIDS now have a hamper and drop their own laundry in because they can reach easily, press two buttons (so easy my 7yo does it), and in 2 hrs it’s washed and dried!!! And without vents that meant we could slip it in our hallway by the bedrooms!! I am not exaggerating when I say this is the best thing of the year for me.

After using the combo product, it's really nice that I don't have to transfer laundry like the above. I love it when I turn the laundry around and take it out when I wake up..I have a separate washer and dryer at home, but I'm only using a combo washer because I don't need to transfer. But I found something to improve. This combo washer dryer doesn’t have specialized dryer cycles which kind of concerns me when drying items that might need a little more care. It’s also a little annoying that except for AI or Normal cycle, I have to manually add dry. I’m worried about the day that I forget to add dry and come back expecting nice dry laundry but instead having completely soaked clothes sitting there. The text on the side panel is also really hard to see, I thought those were not active options since they were grayed out.

The in machine detergent and fabric softener gets 5*'s, soooo many good things about the machine! BUT The Dryer SUCKS and will lead me to return this otherwise fantastic product. As others have said, you can run the machine but they clothes will come out damp. 1-2 more drying sessions MIGHT work, but now you are talking 7-10 hours for a single load. Many times once the dryer is done you open the door and STEAM comes out, meaning the clothes are HOT but not dry. Self help guides tell you to constantly clean the drains, and dryer vents but that does not solve the issue....

We bought our machine at the end of January 2025, we have had it for less than 8 months and have already required 2 separate service calls. The first because the unit stopped drying the clothes, we had a defective filter that was changed out. Now our pump has stopped working and the washing machine won't drain. LG has been horrible to work with, service calls taking over a week to schedule. I will never buy another LG system again, this was a complete waste of money and I regret my purchase. LG doesn't even list the parts online for this model so you can order the parts yourself and fix the machine instead of waiting.

We bought this about 9 months ago when we moved. The product looks nice, has a lot of features, and washes just fine. However, my one star is because it is absolutely painful how long it takes to dry. I’ve tried different settings, smaller loads of laundry, but it doesn’t matter it takes me 2-3 dry cycles to have dry clothes. I have a family and cannot wait 6-8 hours for dry clothes. We broke down and bought a stackable dryer to go on top because we just could not do it anymore.

I've had a ductless washer dryer combo before, and it washed just fine, but it would blow around wet air for over 4 hours and the clothes would still be moist. Plus I would have to tear it apart to clean out the Duct inside the dryer part once a year to clean out the wet lint trapped in there. But all that is over cleaning is simple, it gets the clothes dry, and in way less time. And it's supposed to be super energy efficient (I just don't pay that close attention).

What can I say? This washer/dryer combo has far exceeded my expectations. I can put in a load and not have to worry about leaving it and then having to redo it, because I forgot it. I’ve thought about getting one of these for so long, and I truly wish I had done it so much earlier. I couldn’t recommend this more for anyone. The convenience alone is worth every single penny.
