I’ve only had this WashCombo for a few days, but with five kids, I’ve already put it to work. The capacity is definitely a lifesaver, I can toss in way more clothes in one load instead of running back and forth switching loads all day. The ventless drying is pretty convenient since I didn’t have to deal with installing a vent. One thing I really like is how quiet it is. I can have it running while the kids are asleep, and it doesn’t feel like a plane is taking off in my house. Seems to wash amazingly, clothes seem cleaner and smell fresher which is great. The clothes always have to go through the Dry cycle multiple times before I can fold and put away. At this rate it's a good thing there is only 2 in the household. Definitely been frustrating. I Do like the multiple selections and the choices I have.

My first load, what a happy success! The unit was easy to understand and use. Literally, just set it and forget it. No user delays to switch load between washer and dryer. Machine was surprisingly quiet too. Result: perfectly washed and dried load! No more delays between wash and dry cycles. Just start it and then return when you want to find a perfectly wash and dry load.

I’ve had the unit for a week now, and it is so easy to use. It is straight forward and the control knob is programmable, I put the 2 types of washes I do the most as the first options. It also has an AI option to figure out what is best for what you put into it, just tried that and it did a good job. I love that I can just put in a load and not think about it, go about my day and come back to dry clothes. The wrinkle guard feature helps with that also.

I pursued a two in one combo as my laundry room has an awkward layout and a single unit addressed some space concerns. The wash cycles work well. No complaints. But the unit is maintenance heavy compared to a traditional top load washer and separate dryer. The dry time is also a bit inconvenient. As a single person, I make it work and the advantage of the space savings still out weight the cons of the unit. But I would be leery to recommend this for a family. It has more cycle presets than I need, all of whihch seem basically the same, and then missing some other features I would like, such as controlling the dry temp or allowing for no heat drying. The capacity is great, fits my cotton king duvet, but... takes multiple dry cycles to actually get it dry. 4-6 hours in some cases and usually I have to let it air dry for the last bit. If you purchase this or other two in ones, make sure you perform the recommended maintenance, keep your loads smaller to not be inconvenienced by dry time, and if you have a multi person house hold, you may want to wait a few years when the technology inevitably gets a little better.

I love the compact size of a washer/dryer combo, and better energy efficiency of front loading machines and the new LG heat pump technology. This Combo W/D works on a standard 120 volt outlet and the dryer is ventless - no gas hookup or ducting to worry about! It took just minutes to connect the water lines / drain pipe and it was ready to go (I used the installation service because I'm not handy). Amazing. The large digital display walks you through the startup and it's easy to figure out the wash cycles, temperature, etc. I washed a pretty full load that included heavier items like towels and sweatshirts and it was done in about 2 hours. The display gives the estimated time for the load to finish washing and drying, which was great, AND I didn't have to remember to come back and load the dryer. Even the heavier items were fluffy and dry. In terms of size, this could easily fit bulky bedding like a large comforter or heavy blanket. Really have to thank LG for this W/D Combo, they thought of everything!

This was a gift for my sister in her new home, and she absolutely loves it. She said, and I quote, "life ELEVATED!" The best part is that the dry cycle can start automatically after the wash cycle ends, so she can just start a load of laundry and then forget about it until it's completely done!

This thing is amazing! Saves time, reduces the worry of leaving clothes too long in your washer and getting that mildewed smell, and literally requires 3 button pushes to start. The AI feature is very cool and makes the process even less involved, but I appreciate being able to just wash or just dry based on my needs for each laundry load. The unit itself is very sleek and they’ve really thought out how to improve the design (a lint trap at the top so you don’t have to lean down to clean it, no special outlet required, and no need to deal with a flimsy aluminum vent snaking out of the wall). Overall cannot recommend enough, buy this and you won’t be disappointed!
