[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this machine. Being a single mom, it’s nice to not even think about my laundry until it’s ready to be folded. The app is great too so I can see when it’s done even when I’m out running errands. The machine is quiet and efficient.

I just bought this washer I like it bought it to save energy dryer works good it actually dried before the timer was up said 2 hrs to to dry after 1 hr thought I check to see if it was dry and it was. Did a 15 min wash 1 hr dry for 20 t shirts. So 1 hr 15 min for light wash. Did a full load of towels also took 2 hr 30 min ai wash dry to finish. I don't understand y people saying it 6 hr dry. If u use cold water it longer dry by a little. But I use warm and no problem. Also if the room u have the dryer in is colder the dry time is longer. Reson for my 3 star tho is the 2 lips on the lint tray was broken when. I received my dryer. Idk if I can get a replacement or not for that. But other than that great unit

And don’t even get me started on the one-click **wash and dry** option. So convenient! I haven't even fully explored all the features yet, especially the ones you can unlock with the app! I’m beyond excited to discover even more.

The people that give it bad reviews obviously overload it. If you don’t overload it the. It works perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Completely obsessed with this product. We live in a tiny Brooklyn apartment with a toddler and this has been a complete lifesaver. Not only does it take up minimal space but there is no need to switch wet clothes from the washer to the dryer. Only complaint is sometimes it leaks a bit but overall could not be happier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer/dryer combo is versatile in many ways. I like that I can use it as the wash/dry combo or one function at a time. Our clothing comes out smelling very fresh and appear to be cleaner than my prior machine's capabilities. When using the wash/dry function, i like the different options you have to alter settings. The load size definitely plays a role in how dry the clothes are after the cycle ends. Be careful how large of a load size you add. The functionality of the machine is easy to use and pretty straightforward. I like that you can stop a cycle at any point to add/remove items. This isn't a feature I had on my older machine and it's great! The drum size is big enough to wash my comforter with no issues. Drying takes a bit longer but not too bad!

I needed a new washer & dryer as other Korean brand washer & dryer stopped working within 3 years. I was a bit hesitant on getting an all-in-one washer as I never had one, but I thought I gave it a try to save up some room in my laundry room due to excessive baby stuff stocking up at home. First of all, the design is so sleek. My friends complimented so many times on the color and design of the machine. Secondly, the quality is top notch. I can't believe this one, a single machine can do washing AND drying with a minimal sound (i have a toddler at home) Also, the fact that you can control everything with ThinQ App, it was definitely a life changer for someone who needs to multitask around home. I can do many variations of washing & drying through the app and also track the progress of washing & drying at the same time Lastly, the real game changer is the ventless heat pump. This has definitely simplified that installation, but I also don't need to worry about dirty lint vent.  If needed, I am considering purchasing the LG SideKick Pedestal Washer which is a mini washing machine that goes on the bottom of this all-in-one washer. Super convenient!! Oh and I cannot forget about the delivery folks. They were very prompt with time, extremely careful with the delivery, and helped me learn every bit about the machine.

It's amazing technology (the heat pump tech) and yes it dries clothes fully. If you choose Wash+Dry, they come out warm and dry. There are many options so you can do Wash Only, Dry Only as well. The AI sensor is very accurate we've found. Thank you LG!

I wish we had this years ago! The all-in-one combo makes washing clothes very convenient since we dont have to transfer loads from the washer to the dryer. We also gained a lot of space with the all-in-one combo which allowed us to install a laundry folding station. The large drum allows us to wash a lot of clothes at once and I'm surprised how well it handles bath towels. Everything comes out dry!
