I run loads when I leave the house or at night. When I return to the unit it is clean and dry every time. No more wasting time to determine when the load ends, to put into a dryer. The one step process had made me more efficient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned the washer dryer combo for 10 months. The available options are numerous to choose from and provide for any type of cleaning needed. While the drying time is much longer than a conventional electric dryer the convenience of not having to transfer between machines more than makes up for it. The delay between transferring at the end of standard washer and dryer pairs results in the same amount of time to complete a load. The need to clean 25 ft of dryer vent is also eliminated.

Not having to move heavy wet loads from one machine to another is really wonderful. The towels came out fluffy and nice. It's hard to say if it would do the same for heftier loads like beddings, but works well so far.

Over all happy with my purchase. It dose take longer to dry but it also does it all for you so I don’t care. I know towels take a while so I do them over night. We had vent clog issues with our old one so this is nice it’s ventless. You have to make sure to clean it every use. If it stops drying fill dispenser tray, clean your tub up 3x with a cleaning tablet. Rinse the vent under water and suck out any lint. This should keep the system running efficiently

I've been hoodwinked. All these ecstatic (incentivized?) reviews here and elsewhere like YouTube convinced me to pay a premium for this product. After installation, I was excited to give AI Wash & Dry a try. I gave it a whirl and was met with a damp bundle of clothes. Not sure how this got past QA, if they even bothered with it. I guess the "Washer/Dryer" combo was too good to be true (although great for marketing). Some features, like WiFi to track progress on your phone, is nice, but it seems LG was so enamored with all these peripheral features that they forgot to deliver a quality washer and (most especially) dryer. I suppose all I can do at this point is try to figure out how I'm going to return it, and warn others against buying it.

Incredible addition to my house for laundry. At first I was a little nervous with the ventless drying, but after using it, I never want to go back! Incredibly sleek design and back to back wash and dry cycles is game changing. Removes the hassle of laundry! I love throwing wash in the morning, using the AI wash+dry setting and coming home to dry laundry. Wish I bought this sooner!! 10/10 recommend.

I'm switching over from a washer and dryer tower, and was worried this combo machine wouldn't adequately dry my laundry. This hasn't been an issue at all. Everything can be washed and dried in 2 hours as advertised as long as the load of laundry is reasonable. I love the ventless design for this product. My old unit was in a small closet, and it was very difficult to clean the duct. Now, I never have to worry about the fire hazard of a clogged duct!

Love it so far! Having a washer dryer combo has been amazing, it saves so much space only needing the one appliance but still holds a full load of laundry. Our laundry is out in the garage so I often forget when I put something in and don't get it into the dryer until hours later, with this I am able to just turn it on and come back to dry clothes. I also love how customizable the cycle settings are and that it tells me how long the load will take to be done.
