I love that I can put the laundry in press and button and everything is done in a few hours. The detergent reservoir is great too, not having to out in detergent every time is great. Along with the app it's a no brainer. The convenience of the app telling you when it's done is also perfect! Not having to go up and down the stairs to check! The ventless dryer takes longer then traditional dryers but leaves my laundry room far less humid which is great! This would be perfect for apartment living or for small families.

It’s really a life changer as I don’t need to move the laundry from the washer to dryer. I could leave home for hours once I put everything into washcombo and come back home to fresh laundry.

I'm a big fan of this washer/dryer combo! I live in a small 1 bedroom loft and this machine doesn't take up too much room. It was easy to install and is easy to use. The wash/dry cycles are quick and I love that my laundry is done in around 2 hours. I appreciate that it's an energy saver too, using less energy than my older washer/dryers. Thank you LG! It washes great. The only thing it can dry is socks and underwear. Even that takes 8 hours. Jeans t-shirts sheets, it can't dry. I don't even try blankets and blankets. I end up taking them to the laundry mat. I bought the machine and had it installed on the main floor of my home. I have ALS and thought this would save me some movement.

There are very clear Pros and Cons Pros : This combo model saving space for sure. : Easy to use. wash and dry in one touch. I have trained my kids to operates their cloths, and it works : Large size able to wash large blanket : Washer performance is better than my old washer machine (Had LG but not combo, Top load) Cons : Dry time is way too long (Sometimes it goes up to 3~4 hours) : It didn't completely dry as my old dryer Overall, all specs, sizes and performances meets my expectation except the Drying function.

We are busy family with 3 kids and we do tons of laundry a week. However, this product is so easy to use, even my 10 yo is able to do his own laundry now! Admittedly, it takes a bit of getting used to figure out the best cases for different cycles, volume of wash and materials but overall, very happy with the product. Also, of course, no product is perfect but this has added back ours of family time. Happy customer here!
