As a busy mom of 4 kiddos, this washer/combo has been a lifesaver. I love that I have the option to wash and dry in one load. It solves the problem of the often forgotten load in the washer that ends up having to be rewashed! The app has also been an amazing help. I love being able to start and stop a load from my phone and change the settings when needed. Another great feature is the autofill for the detergent and softener. Such a time saver. Just throw in your laundry and go! There are so many amazing features to check out. With four children, I feel like my hampers are always overflowing so the large capacity is a plus. I can get so much done in one load! The clothes come out clean and smelling great. I love the many options for the different cycles you can use. It meets all of the needs of the different types of clothing, bedding and towels I need to wash so I know my laundry is being handled with care. Overall this washer/dryer has been a great addition to our busy household. It streamlined our laundry process and help it become simpler and more efficient. I highly recommend!

I am still adjusting to being able to "set it and forget it" as I don't have to set reminders to go dig everything out of the washer and put it in the dryer. The large capacity means fewer loads and not having to go to the laundromat to wash comforters. It has handled my king sized comforters with ease. The spinning is incredibly fast and quiet. I'm amazed it can spin so much moisture out, which makes drying more efficient. Great savings on laundry soap as well, since it only needs about 2 Tablespoons per load. My large bottle will last a long time. This is a highly efficient washer/dryer. It takes less space, uses less electricity, soap and water. The LG All in One is a great choice for anyone looking to simplify the laundry process. It really helped me to download and reference the full online manual, but it would be nice if a printed version had come with the machine. I think LG could afford to provide one. I only wish I could turn the drum light on and off during cycles.

I've had this product for just over a year now and it has been excellent for our family. It was a bit of a positive lifestyle change because now we run laundry once every day or two (family of 4) rather than devoting an entire weekend day to marathon laundry. One of my favorite parts is that I no longer worry about wet clothes sitting forgotten in a washer. Normal full loads are typically 2-3 hours to wash and dry. Towels can get closer to 5-6 hours so we definitely save those for last load of the night if there are multiple loads. Much less lint than our old dryer and clothing color and texture seems to last longer. Wrinkles do happen more frequently than with the old dryer; I believe this is because the heat pump drying is a softer heat so clothes aren't basically ironed like in a high heat dryer. We don't have issues with it if we either remove laundry right after the load is done, or we remember to turn on Laundry Care, which tosses the laundry around every couple minutes after the cycle so it doesn't stay in one place to develop wrinkles. There are reviews about drying and lint trapping no longer working. I had this problem too. Turns out I wasn't cleaning the lint filter good enough. You need to run the lint filter under tap water and rub the screen between your fingers to actually clean it out. I had tried everything else and this seemed insignificant, but it worked! I do it once a month now and no issues since. I recommend this product after one year of use.

We like having extra space in the laundry room now. Our clothes come out very clean. We bought the pedestal for it to stand on. We are really glad we did.

We have had our WM6998HBA for nearly a month now and I have been quite impressed with the machine. I love the AI Wash & Dry feature. The feature does a really good job in calculating the total wash and dry time for the loads. Wash and dry times can vary depending on type and amount of clothes. Overall, it is a great machine!

We already have existing LG laundry pair but wanted to add additional machine. This all in one laundry machine is perfect solution. We had the space for adding it to our mud room and all it needs is regular outlet and it’s ventless. I added it to my thin Q app and it’s the most convenient machine I have ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked up mid February and wanted to give it some time before writing a review. I never write reviews. I love this thing. Sure it takes a bit longer to run a full cycle but I knew this before going in. Washes an entire weeks worth of my clothes and I'm a mechanic so these are pants, cotton shirts, and 2-3 hoodies every week in one load. Cycle takes roughly 4 hours and everything comes out fully dry and actually warm (130°F). I'm about 20 cycles into ownership and just refilled the dispensers. The machine is quiet, extremely efficient, and being able to put clothes in right before bed and wake up to clean and dry clothes in itself is worth the cost.

This washer/ dryer combo SUCKS! Takes 3+ hrs to dry noteven a full load! The filter system SUCKS! I have to use a small hand held vaccum to get the lint around the washer drum… to suck out! Hardly any lint goes to the top filter where it’s suppose to go! When I use wash/dry cycle…. The computer counts down to 4 minutes….. then start scouting upwards! So I can’t ever put on n leave n go to bed cuz it would still be running when I wake up! I HATE IT! Stay away from this combo! Robin.

The LG all in one has far exceeded my expectations! I love how much space is saved by only having one machine that does both the washing and drying! It has also made my life so much easier and makes doing laundry less of a chore! I love that I can just put in a load of laundry and forget about it for 2-3 hours instead of having to go back and forth with flipping the load every wash and dry. The machine also has built in AI smart sensors that helps with dispensing the right amount of detergent based on the load (I never know how much to use) and helps with determining how long a washing/drying cycle should be. The LG Thin Q app makes it pretty convenient to control the load from my phone so I can start the load at anytime and get notified of the status of the load without ever having to go near the machine! Prior to the LG all in one combo, I wasn't a fan of washer/dryer combos because I've heard that the drying capabilities don't match up to standalone dryers but that concern was immediately gone after doing the first load. It might be even better especially with the AI sensors that automatically detect how long the load needs! I also like how they have an easy lint removal filter that doesn't require me to use my hands to dispose of the lint! I was also pleasantly surprised at how quiet the machine was! After this, I don't think I can go back to doing laundry with standalone machines, not when I can easily do everything from one! All in all, I would highly recommend the LG all in one to anyone looking for something that is both time-saving and space-saving!

Incredible machine has longer cycle times but no vent very quiet we really like it. It does produce a lot of lint so much more cleaning of the filters than I expected and the condenser coil cleaning is necessary after about 50 loads and is an advanced process but works great.
