This washer/ dryer combo SUCKS! Takes 3+ hrs to dry noteven a full load! The filter system SUCKS! I have to use a small hand held vaccum to get the lint around the washer drum… to suck out! Hardly any lint goes to the top filter where it’s suppose to go! When I use wash/dry cycle…. The computer counts down to 4 minutes….. then start scouting upwards! So I can’t ever put on n leave n go to bed cuz it would still be running when I wake up! I HATE IT! Stay away from this combo! Robin.

Incredible addition to my house for laundry. At first I was a little nervous with the ventless drying, but after using it, I never want to go back! Incredibly sleek design and back to back wash and dry cycles is game changing. Removes the hassle of laundry! I love throwing wash in the morning, using the AI wash+dry setting and coming home to dry laundry. Wish I bought this sooner!! 10/10 recommend.

Works just as advertised. Ran many loads of different sizes/types and all came out clean. Occasionally additional drying was needed but that's simple to do. It's nice not needing to move clothes from washer to dryer. Not needing a dryer vent nor a 220-240 volt dryer plug makes this very versatile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having used this machine for about a month and a half I can say that this machine is more convenient than having a separate washer and gas dryer, and uses a fraction of the water and energy. With very few exceptions all of my laundry has come out perfectly clean and dry, and those few exceptions I can attribute entirely to my own user error due to either improper loading of clothes, or improper mode selection. When I say user error I am being completely serious. The first thing to understand is you can't stuff this thing full to the brim with clothes, and often times less is more. The second thing to understand is there are too many modes - this machine should have only three functions available to a normal user: AI Wash + Dry, AI Wash, and Dry Only. Don't try to be smarter than the machine, just let it detect the load settings for you and let the machine worry about the rest. Now that I've said all that, this machine isn't perfect and I do have a few things to point out: Too much information has been crammed into the small display so it's easy to miss out on certain things, like whether or not the mode you've selected has the 'dry' function activated or not, and I wish more work had been done on this aspect of the UX (any user who's attempted to wash towels or bedding on one of the non-AI modes and ended up with a pile of wet laundry knows what I'm talking about). I also wish there was a way to have the drum light stay on for longer, or just have it on the entire time the machine is running - I can't be the only person weird enough to spend a Friday evening, favorite beverage in hand, watching my laundry. If I could have one feature added it would be this: I would love to have the ability to use both the detergent and softener tanks for detergent, but instead of linking them together I wish I could give them meaningful names in the UI and and select them separately at the time I start the machine. Like a lot of people I don't use fabric softener: it makes clothes feel weird and it ruins the ability for towels to absorb water. However, I do use both scented and unscented detergent. Some of the people in my household like the scented detergent, but some of us are sensitive or allergic to fragrances and prefer our laundry without. Having this ability would be a huge improvement in how I use the machine for my needs, and I think it would be the same for a lot of other people with families too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this unit. It does a great job washing and is incredibly quiet during the wash cycle. It is a little bit noisier during drying due to the compressor, but still relatively quiet. I was a little apprehensive about the switch to a heat pump dryer, so we kept our original dryer to use to quick dry items in emergencies. We have used the old dryer maybe twice in 5 months. The heat pump drying does tend to take longer than the traditional dryer, but the fact that there is no delay between washing and drying makes up for it. For drying, you can select Normal, Energy Saver, or timed dry. Normal is not much longer than a traditional dryer for most items, while Energy Saver is probably double the drying time of a traditional dryer. The only thing to be aware of is the lint/hair removal requirements. You will need to rinse the lint filter occasionally and do a quick 10 second vacuum of the duct that leads to the lint filter every now and then. The rubber door gasket also collects some lint/hair, but a wet paper towel or rags collects it all easily. In all, it's probably 5-10 mins of maintenance a month, which is more than worth it because of the time saved by not moving every load to a dryer, not to mention the energy savings.

I’ve been using the unit for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. It’s pretty convenient to just load it, set it, and go. As a single guy living alone, its great. In probably around 2 hours for smaller loads, my clothes are clean, fresh, and dry. The all-in-one design is perfect because I don’t have to stop what I’m doing to switch clothes between two machines. The technology is pretty sweet and keeps things super quiet and energy efficient. It has fancy AI sensors that automatically adjust settings for fabric care and a turbo wash setting that powers through larger loads in about a half hour. The only thing I’d mention is that if you’re used to traditional dryers, it might take a little time to get used to the drying time and capacity, as it's simply an adjustment from having separate units. But overall, it saves time and effort I recommend it if you’re looking for a powerful, modern upgrade to your laundry routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of washing and drying at the same time and this product does just that! However I am not sure a 3 hour cycle is energy efficient. Nevertheless, I am happy with the product for the most part. You can add detergent and softener so it is in the machine already. The lint is captured in the dryer for you to remove. The remote control on the phone app to control washing and drying cycles work as intended. I only wish there was more options for the drying time when we chose to wash only and then dry later.

Incredible machine has longer cycle times but no vent very quiet we really like it. It does produce a lot of lint so much more cleaning of the filters than I expected and the condenser coil cleaning is necessary after about 50 loads and is an advanced process but works great.

Pros: - Easy to use with ThinQ app - Smart AI Wash adapts to varying load sizes and uses detergent accordingly to ensure fresh laundry - Low power usage via 120v compared to traditional 220v - ThinQ app lets you know when your cycle is finished and you can preset Freshcare if you will be gone for several hours to ensure freshness - EZDispense detergent feature is great and you only have to fill every few weeks Cons: - Lint buildup on drum guard/lip - Longer than traditional cycles - Lint trap on top may be limiting for certain laundry rooms for access - Lint trap plastic piece that sits attached to lint trap is hard to remove for cleaning. Ours had lint buildup so we removed it for cleaning and have yet to replace it properly. Everything still works great! Overall, I would highly recommend this product for small or busy families that do not have the time to transfer traditional laundry from washer to dryer. It has other great feature like steaming that we have yet to use but look forward to testing them out.

This LG WashCombo All-in-One works great! I find running frequent small loads is the best, as it keeps the cycle times at around the 2 hour mark. The convenience of starting up a load and coming back to dry, finished laundry is next level. WashCombo sarang haeyo~
