[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a washer/dryer combo is so convenient for our family! We have three teenagers and four dogs, so lots of laundry gets done in our home. We also have busy careers so not having to remember to transfer the laundry (or remind our teens to) is wonderful. It’s so nice to just use the AI wash feature, our stuff has come out great every time! You also don’t have to put soap in every single time which makes it faster too. The only thing to watch for is when cleaning the lint trap, you have to make sure you slide it back together properly. You also have to be conscious of cleaning out the drain filter occasionally, ours fills up faster because of the dog hair. We love this so much we want to buy a second one!

So far, so good! I tested the AI generated wash cycle first, that was 4-5 hours! Have since switched to the wash+dry cycle, 3.5 hours. So, that’s pretty comparable with my old machines. Lint trap is a breeze to clean. I connected to the LGThinq app and got some custom screens and melodies for the different seasons. It also does not make my laundry room a sauna. Now, I can move my dog beds in there without a worry of them overheating.

I have only had my Washer/Dryer Combo - All-in-One for about two months, but I love it!!! I like having the notification come through on my phone when it is finished. I like all the options available to me. I admit I am a little tech-challenged, but I have been able to navigate through OK and liked the Chat assistance when needed. I will say, this may not be a good choice for a household which does numerous loads of laundry in one day, but for our household it is awesome!

I am a super lazy person who does the laundry all together (daily wears/under wears/ pajamas/ towels and etc.). I tried AI wash+dry(+fresh mode) mode and this washer does its jobs. It washes and dries my stuff well and it feels so fresh! And its’ appearance is gorgeous and heavy. I tried to move a little bit but not moved at all. The other fact that I like is I can use this washer with my phone. i can remote start the washer which I can save time and reduce laundry stress. But unlike the old one that I had, I have to scroll the circle things to select the mode and customize the options which was uncomfortable with me. (The old one is pressing the button to select the mode, and too many options to go through). Maybe I need more time to get used to with the circle things but i am satisfied with this product so far. I recommend this washer especially for a person who are lazy, busy, and who have a laundry stress. (It also has a big capacity that I can load my queen size comforter)

I love how it washes and dries in 2-3 hours without a vent. PROS: — Simple to use, worry free wash and dry — Space saving, Takes the space of only one machine. — Great for tiny homes, — Perfect for small families (4‐5 people) — Smart app shows energy usage, — ventless — Optional Wash only and optional dry only. CONS: — bleach loader is hard to reach. I wash a lot of whites, so it is tedious to keep pulling it out — Larger (full) loads takes longer to dry (3 hours total just to dry). — Lots of debris in the washer after washingand drying. Perhaps due to the ventless function? — Order to use for big families (10 in a household) Overall I think the pros outweigh the cons. What a little bit more improvements? This will probably be the best washer and dryer on the market.

This has been a great washer/dryer combo, especially for my small space. The huge 5.0 cu. ft. capacity has been perfect for getting all my laundry done easily and in under 2 hours. My favorite feature though has been the automatic dispensers for detergent and softener. Not having to measure these and fill the reservoirs every load has been an absolute game changer. It's super convenient overall and would highly recommend!

LG's 2-in-1 WashCombo has been the best addition to my home thus far. It's helped improved laundry time, I can set it for both cycles and come back to a fresh batch of clothes ready to be folded and put away. Pros • Space-Saving Design – As a ventless washer-dryer combo, this unit is perfect for small spaces, eliminating the need for separate appliances. • Large Capacity – The 5.0 cu. ft. drum can handle big loads, making it great for families or those who prefer fewer laundry cycles. • Energy Efficient – The Inverter HeatPump™ Technology helps save energy compared to traditional dryers. • Quiet Operation – The Direct Drive Motor runs smoothly with minimal noise, even during the spin cycle. • Convenience – No need to transfer clothes between washer and dryer cycles—just set it and forget it. Cons • Long Drying Times – The drying cycle takes significantly longer than a standalone dryer, sometimes up to three to four hours for heavier loads. • Lint and Moisture Management – Without a vent, excess moisture can build up in the room if not properly ventilated. If you have Dogs, Kids, or a lot of laundry, then don't buy this item. The advertised times of loads is not correct. We joke but it's true, "For Every Towel, add an Hour". You can't throw a load in and leave. At times we had a couple of towels in, and they dried but were stuck to the sides, all hard. One evening I started a load at 10:00pm. My son woke me up at 4:30am asking me what that sound was. The until was still on drying, and making a bad noise. The lower lint waste water collector is a pain in the butt. If it gets clogged, like if you have pets, then you have to pull out this little tube and drain all of the water out. Takes about 20 minutes, and don't remove the filter unless all the water is out. Such a mess. As a test to show how long a typical load takes, I spent a Saturday with one load that consisted of 1 pair of jeans, 6 shirts, and several socks. I would say a medium size load. Nothing out of the norm. It took 12 HOURS. (See in the photo below). This product is horrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got it, it dried great took a little longer. You did an update to show the correct drying time. Now it tells me it done and everything is wet! Even called help line tried them all still don't dry.
