[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that laundry tells a family’s story more than most chores. When your family is new the loads are small, infrequent, inconsistent. Your schedule changes and laundry day must shift. You pick up a new hobby and suddenly you’ve got dirty running shirts every morning. A baby is born, there are 4 outfits a day, they’re small but they still need to be washed and dried! You welcome another member of the family. Your laundry demands change as quickly as they do. They have home clothes, sports clothes, school clothes, there aren’t enough hours in the day to keep up with the ever-growing pile. One day they move on, they get their own machines. The laundry pace slows again to a predictable two loads a week, maybe one. Laundry changes with life changes. You collect, you wash, you dry, you put away. Our machine has changed the way we look at our laundry story. The story of this machine has been different, life has changed when the laundry changed, it’s happened the other way around. The machine has changed our approach and therefore changed our laundry story. Wash, dry, steam, whatever the load sizes and frequencies are constantly fluctuating, but we adjust and laundry is something happening in the background, giving us more time to grow and change in the foreground. This machine is awesome, it’s improving, the initial AI features are getting better at estimating, it’s learning as we learn. 2 in 1 is the obvious future, there are phases of life that one 2 in 1 machine is perfect for but I’d guess most people would be happiest with 2 machines. It’s the same amount of space as before, you’re just working almost twice as fast, more accurately put, you are working half as much.

My husband and I received this product, with short delivery and service waiting period. As new expecting parents living in an apartment, we needed access to a washer and dryer that would not take up space. This product is great for this. Wash/dry time is as indicated on the manual and description of product. With any washer dryer do not over load the product, otherwise timeframes could be longer. Glad we recieved this products looking forward to more lg products in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would've give 5 stars if I could get it to dry my clothes 😒. I have yet to get any answers. Seems to wash amazingly, clothes seem cleaner and smell fresher which is great. The clothes always have to go through the Dry cycle multiple times before I can fold and put away. At this rate it's a good thing there is only 2 in the household. Definitely been frustrating. I Do like the multiple selections and the choices I have.

It takes 6hrs to dry a small load of laundry and if you need to do more than 2 loads a day, you better find a different machine. This is not a washer/dryer for a family, it's absolute garbage. Maybe one day LG will do an uodate for an extra high heat dry cycle but until then this machine is useless (unless you're a little old lady who only does one load a week). Not sure how it's energy efficient if you have to go through 3 dry cycles to dry a small load which takes 6hrs. Washer part is okay, it, takes only about an hour.so that's average.

Love it so far! Having a washer dryer combo has been amazing, it saves so much space only needing the one appliance but still holds a full load of laundry. Our laundry is out in the garage so I often forget when I put something in and don't get it into the dryer until hours later, with this I am able to just turn it on and come back to dry clothes. I also love how customizable the cycle settings are and that it tells me how long the load will take to be done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very unhappy with this. Broke after 30 days. Vent trap stuck, was replaced and still not drying correctly. Dripping water in vent trap. Moisture in drum and excessive amounts of moist lint after each load wash or dry. Very long dry times even with small loads 3-4hrs and still damp. Trying to return and having issues with that. Not ideal for our family of 5. Can’t wait to get a separate washer and dryer. Wish I would have read more reviews.

I’ve only had this WashCombo for a few days, but with five kids, I’ve already put it to work. The capacity is definitely a lifesaver, I can toss in way more clothes in one load instead of running back and forth switching loads all day. The ventless drying is pretty convenient since I didn’t have to deal with installing a vent. One thing I really like is how quiet it is. I can have it running while the kids are asleep, and it doesn’t feel like a plane is taking off in my house. The controls took a little getting used to, and I had to play around with the settings to figure out what worked best, but once I got the hang of it, it’s been solid. This was the perfect solution for our family as we were limited in space.

It's amazing technology (the heat pump tech) and yes it dries clothes fully. If you choose Wash+Dry, they come out warm and dry. There are many options so you can do Wash Only, Dry Only as well. The AI sensor is very accurate we've found. Thank you LG!
