[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy this wash combo. The part that I like the most is I don’t have to move laundry from washer to dryer which is very convenient. I kept my old dryer so I can do 2 loads at less time. It cleans well and very quiet with much less vibration than my old washer. Lastly, i had odor issue with my old front load washer. With this unit running both wash and dry, no moisture is left inside which prevents odor, bad smell.

LG's 2-in-1 WashCombo has been the best addition to my home thus far. It's helped improved laundry time, I can set it for both cycles and come back to a fresh batch of clothes ready to be folded and put away. It's helped free up space in my laundry room/area with the all in one element. I love the sleek and quiet design and technology. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with this product!

I got my new LG Washer/Dryer combo a few weeks ago. The only thing I regret was putting it off for so long. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase! Its a beautiful machine that fits nicely in my new closet. All the features are streamline and so easy to use. My favorite feature is the detergent dispensers that can be pre-loaded to do about 60-75 loads worth along. My laundry always comes out perfectly clean and fresh every time. The convenience of this washer is a game changer for me and my very busy lifestyle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do really like this machine, but it's definitely not gonna wash and dry your normal small-ish load of laundry in two hours. They should hurry up and revise that to around 2½-3 hours for a normal load of clothes. It was also kind of stinky rubber smelling for the first dozen or so loads. I read reviews and knew it was going to be slow, and smell weird at first going into it though...and I don't have a dryer plug or vent, so I was willing to accept it...But I would go with the stacked machine, or separate washer and heat pump dryer if I had a dryer plug. It does wash excellently, it's usually very quiet (it has its loud moments during spin sometimes, and the compressor sometimes gets loud during the dry cycle), but clothes come out perfectly dry, and softer than a normal dryer! It's not completely perfect though. You do have to be diligent cleaning the lint filter, and I sometimes just vacuum the door gasket of lint before I start removing clothes. The door gasket is linty after towels and bleached clothes, especially, but I knew that getting into it. The bleach dispenser also does not get enough water to fully empty. I would prefer that I could specify two different types of detergents in the two tanks, or just not have that feature to start with as it's another thing to break. The light also can't be programmed to stay on or started from the app. Those are nit picks though that can be fixed with software updates.

Well after using this I can't imagine using anything else now. It has many cycle features but the Ai wash and dry just makes it simple. Dry times have been fine for us but we don't have a big family. Once you get used to it you wonder why we ever did it with 2 machines.

This device does not dry clothes even after a 2 hour drying cycle! Clothes consistently come out damp especially things such as socks and cotton underwear. Denim jeans and bath towels require 3 hours. This product does not perform as advertised so buyer beware! The wash cycles are fine, however.

But the cycles never stop running, even after the clothes are dry and hot. Have to manually stop each run or it will just keep running wasting electricity. The timer will count down to 6 minutes and just sit there. The washer is not overloaded, washing a medium load of shirts. Happens on every run. Feels like a step backwards.

There are some incredible features such as the auto dispensing detergent and softener and of course the main concept of dirty clothes coming out clean with the press of a button! Additionally, the fact that you can add this to just about any space in your house since you don't need venting or a 220 line is a huge win. Prior to owning this machine I would have to go up and down two flights of stairs with our laundry. We are now able to do all of our laundry right outside of all of our bedrooms as we added this to a hall closet upstairs. We are a very active family of 5 with all of our kids in sports year round. This has saved us many times!! No more leaving wet clothes in the washer only to have to rewash them. No more forgetting to wash a uniform late and night and needing to set an alarm to switch it from the washer to the dryer! I also love that you can choose to put it only on a wash or dry setting because there are times when uniforms need to go through the wash more than once before drying. Also, I haven't had any issues with this taking any longer than any other standalone washer/dryer to get through a load. Our clothes always come out perfectly dry. The only negative I have found so far is the maintenance. I don't even know if I can truly call it a negative as you should do regular maintenance on all appliances, but who are we kidding? We all know we try to get away without it for as long as possible. That's not the case with this machine. You must regularly disassemble pieces and parts to clean the various filters as lint does get EVERYWHERE, but I assure you...it is so worth it.

I bought this unit about a month ago to replace my stacked washer dryer units. It occupies the same space as the previous washing machine without the dryer and gave me the space to install three shelves over the top of the unit to hold my laundry products that were previously in a closet on the other side of the room. It took a few loads of laundry to get used to the additional drying time it required but reducing the wash load size brought the time down to an acceptable level. I added the combo washer to my LG ThinQ app to apply updates and get notifications when the wash load was complete. I like the fact that it runs on standard 115V connection. The wash/dry combo has programmed cycles for most wash loads plus has an option to use AI to detect fabric texture, soil level, and load size. It automatically selects the right functions, temperatures, and detergent amount for each load. I like the auto soap and softener dispenser function. I use the default settings for most features but it is customizable if needed. For just the two of us with average laundry needs it is the perfect machine for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great washer / dryer combo space saver and was super easy to install, did not require a dryer vent, a 220 electric line or gas hook up. And believe it or not it actually saves us time, we are a family of 5, in the past when my sons did their laundry they often forgot to put their clothes in the dryer which would delay doing laundry for the next person. Now we don't have this problem, they put their clothes in the washer / dryer, select the cycle and when it's done their clothes are washed, dried and the washer / dryer is ready for the next person.
