Every evening when returning from work I could throw my clothes straight in an dI could count on them being clean AND dry by the next more or usually way earlier. My other favorite feature is the two lint trap system! I have two cats and had next to no hair on my clothes after a wash! The Best mahine ever. Would recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a new washer and saw this new combo washer/dryer to be a very clever idea. It was priced on sale and I decided to give it a try. It's a beautiful washer and I was really impressed with the build quality, the inside of the door I believe is thick glass. It has some weight to it that kept it planted on the floor when spinning and is very silent. I mainly needed a new washer and it got my clothes cleaner than my old top load washer. I connected it to my LG Thinq app and realized it had so many more features and options. You fill its detergent and softener tanks and it atuomatically dispenses multiple loads without the hassle of filling up each load, so convenient. I still use my dryer on heavy laundry days but when I need one load done I just throw in a load and forget about it. Wash and dry in one cycle, AMAZING! I throw my daily sweat soaked workout clothes or kids swimsuits in an it washess and drys without remembering to load a dryer. They're already dry when i need them again. Basically throw it in and forget about it. If you use the dryer feature I suggest you use the fabric softener tank because you wont need to remember to put a dryer sheet in. Remember to clean out the top filter after each use and the bottom one monthly. I was thinking of buying a matching dryer to update the set but not really sure if I even need to, but it is convenient to have a dryer too when yo have a lot of loads of laundry to do in a day.

We shopped around looking to replace my 30 year old washer. When we seen this washer/dryer combo, we were interested. It saves space in my utility room and I like the idea of not having to remember to put clothes in the dryer. This combo is quiet and saves on water. It even plays a tune to let you know the load is done.

What a cool product. With in being a 2 in 1 washer and dryer unit, you can set it and forget it. The controls are easy to navigate and operation is a breeze. Hooking it up to to the Thin Q App allows me to monitor the cycles and see when they are complete. The unit also is very quiet. Finally the detergent and fabric softener reservoir is great for providing the perfect amount for multiple loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I heard that LG had combined a washer and dryer into a single unit, I was curious to see how both would perform together. I was also excited about the opportunity to reduce clutter from the laundry room. After several days of testing, I am extremely pleased with the results, and I will never go back to separate washer and dryer units again. First of all, there are plenty of wash and dry cycles to choose from, based on what you're cleaning, and whether you want to run a standard cycle, or use the AI sensing built into the unit. I love how AI and smart sensing detects and optimizes the fastest time to clean and dry each load. After several wash and dry cycles, the performance has been consistently great so far. Clothes smell clean and fresh when they come out, and smart drying has worked flawlessly so far (no damp or wet items have needed additional drying time). The AI combined wash/dry setting has been excellent, but individual wash cycles for delicates, permanent press, etc. have performed very well also. This unit will be a big time saver for me, because I no longer have to move heavy wet clothes / bedding / etc. from the washer to the dryer. I also don't have to deal with damp clothing left in the washer indefinitely while I run (and re-run) the dryer until the towels or jeans finally dry. I can plan my day without being tethered to the laundry room constantly. (Where was this years ago?) For the smart home fans, setup and integration with the LG ThinQ app was quick and easy. Removing the old washer and dryer from the laundry room allowed me to add more shelf space for folding and storage, while still decreasing the clutter in the room. The laundry room now looks much larger, and feels both more modern and more functional. 10/10!

My family of 5 has been using this for just over a week now and it handles & simplifies all of our laundry needs. I love the convenience of the AI Wash + Dry option combined with the large laundry detergent reservoir...it automatically senses the load size, dispenses the proper amount of detergent, then washes and completely dries the load (even the towels) in 1 step. The laundry comes out smelling fresh and clean. Gone are the days of forgetting to "flip the laundry" over to the dryer and having to re-wash because it sat too long and began to smell. I also enjoy the LG ThinQ app integration and notifications. I can easily check how much time is left in the cycle AND it sends out notifications when the load is done and later on if you've forgotten to remove the load. This comes in handy if you are doing a "wash only" cycle for clothes you don't want to dry. Another great feature is the ventless heat pump design. This not only simplifies the installation, but also eliminates the need for regular maintenance of a "lint clogged" vent that comes with a traditional gas/electric dryer. To top it off, the machine is super quiet and super efficient. I highly recommend this product to anyone!

Not sure I'm loving this unit. I love that it washes and dries. I love that it's aesthetically pleasing and saves on space... But, it only seems to be able to do small loads effectively and we've already had an issue with the electronics. Also, our clothes don't smell super clean when they're done.

We are a family of two with two cats. I have tried so hard to love this machine but I can't. It just takes so long to dry a load and, rather than pet hair going into the filter as I'm used to, it very much stays on clothes and the rim of the machine. I have no complaint with the wash functions but regret not going with my initial choice of separate washer and dryer, where I could work on two loads (one load drying while another washes). I was advised that a wash/dry load takes about two hours. Not at all, I'm investing up to four hours in one load of laundry at times, depending on the fabric and size of load, and our loads are not family-sized, ever.

My current stacked washer/dryer unit was acting up and I was in desperate need of a replacement. I received the LG washer/dryer combo and it is a major upgrade from my old unit! Not only does it have a sleek, space saving design but it’s also an intuitive smart device. It has over 20 program options and is extremely user friendly - and this is coming from someone who isn’t “techy”. A full load took about 2hrs from start to finish. I no longer have to plan my day around remembering to put the clothes in the dryer. This LG washer/dryer combo has been a huge game changer and a time saver for me. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their current machines!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my machine for a couple weeks now and for the most part it does do a normal load in under 2 hours, but I have found that some loads like towels will take longer. There seems to be a little more maintenance to this machine then a reguar one. You have to periodically clean the boot because lint builds up on it. The machine is fairly quiet no louder then my old front loader, it also seems to spin at a much higher speed. It seems to have a little smell maybe like a mechanical smell when i initially take the clothes out, but it seems to go away and the clothes smell clean. We bought a pedastal with a washer called the sidekick because the machine does sit lower then my old front load washer so we needed to raise it up some. Overall I am happy with it.
