Ive never owed a washer and dryer combo And thought adjusting would take a while Since im used to having a washer and dryer separate . To my surprise I’ve really enjoyed this feature . This feature allows for great time management. I am able to leave the laundry room and my phone will notify me when the load is done . That is amazing as it’s easy to forget the wet clothes over night and then some clothes will be ruined . You can always use the washer separately meaning only for washing or drying which makes this a great option if you share washers with other family members you are not limited . There is some many options to adjust how you wash your clothes for example you can set for extra rinse , extra soiled. This washer is a great size , specially if you are space limited but large enough to fit thick blankets . That was the first thing I did was wash my thick blankets and the drying took longer which is to be expected . Blanket was so soft . This washer is very easy to use.

I have used unit as wash only, Dry only and also combo cycle. I have washed a broad array of fabrics including Permanent Press, towels and beddings. All have come out clean and process was effortless. I really like the automatic Soap and Fabric softener feature....and the ability to alter the amount of product being used in each. Changing default settings was very easy!!! I would highly endorse this product.

It is also true to the advertising - I can wash and dry in two hours. I spent the extra $$ for the large capacity and the heat pump. It came damaged on the back and with some scratches and scuffs on the top and I would like to address that. Apart from that I'm very satisfied. I chose it over the GE similar product based on my research and am very satisfied so far.

My family of 5 has been using this for just over a week now and it handles & simplifies all of our laundry needs. I love the convenience of the AI Wash + Dry option combined with the large laundry detergent reservoir...it automatically senses the load size, dispenses the proper amount of detergent, then washes and completely dries the load (even the towels) in 1 step. The laundry comes out smelling fresh and clean. Gone are the days of forgetting to "flip the laundry" over to the dryer and having to re-wash because it sat too long and began to smell. I also enjoy the LG ThinQ app integration and notifications. I can easily check how much time is left in the cycle AND it sends out notifications when the load is done and later on if you've forgotten to remove the load. Very pleased. I was concerned about items not getting dry, but that has not been an issue. The trick is not to overload. I load towels at night and wake up to washed and dried towels. I just to fold and put away. It’s convenient filling the detergent, and fabric softener reservoirs. You just to load your laundry and start. No having to move laundry washer to dryer. Come back and it’s all done.

Our clothing comes out smelling very fresh and appear to be cleaner than my prior machine's capabilities. When using the wash/dry function, i like the different options you have to alter settings. The load size definitely plays a role in how dry the clothes are after the cycle ends. Be careful how large of a load size you add. The functionality of the machine is easy to use and pretty straightforward. I like that you can stop a cycle at any point to add/remove items. This isn't a feature I had on my older machine and it's great! The drum size is big enough to wash my comforter with no issues. Drying takes a bit longer but not too bad!
