So convenient!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a rubber ring in front of the washing machine, and it is very easy to clean compared to most products. I have a two-year-old daughter and during the day I don't have time to constantly, go back and forth so I put in the laundry during the night before I sleep and take it out in the morning. So then it is clean and toasty. Finally, it is easy to adjust the temperature and dry time. It is very convenient.

Good, but keep space in mind
This is an initial review. Been using this machine for a few days now. Seems to work fine. Drying is slow, but it's quiet making night time wash/dry cycles possible. Energy usage is low. My main issue is the door not being reversible. Ours is in a small corner of an L shaped kitchen with the right side of the unit against the wall. We only have a few feet in front of the unit so I have to push myself into the corner, open the door and then, being 6' 1", I can't bend down enough to reach the back of the machine. I have to use an extension grabber like one uses after surgery. If they hinged the door to swing out and then open 180 degrees it would not be a problem, but it doesn't do that. So be mindful of your space before buying. LG, I know it's an washer/dryer combo, but I'm still sure you could design a reversible door or one that opens wide.
Hey there. Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you appreciate the overall performance of your washer/dryer combo, including its quiet operation and energy efficiency. We also value your insight regarding the door design, especially for tighter spaces. Your suggestion for a reversible or wider-swinging door is important, and we will certainly share this feedback with our design team as we continue to improve our products. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for choosing LG! ^ Diego
Makes Laundry (and your life) Easier!
This thing is amazing! Saves time, reduces the worry of leaving clothes too long in your washer and getting that mildewed smell, and literally requires 3 button pushes to start. The AI feature is very cool and makes the process even less involved, but I appreciate being able to just wash or just dry based on my needs for each laundry load. The unit itself is very sleek and they’ve really thought out how to improve the design (a lint trap at the top so you don’t have to lean down to clean it, no special outlet required, and no need to deal with a flimsy aluminum vent snaking out of the wall). Overall cannot recommend enough, buy this and you won’t be disappointed!
Hey there CC! It's always great to have an easy and enjoyable laundry day experience whenever you use your LG washer/dryer combo unit. Don't forget to sync your unit with the ThinQ app on your phone (https://www.lg.com/us/lg-thinq) so you can enjoy even more features and have an even better laundry experience. I love my new ventless LG Washer/Dryer Combo!
I received my new washer/dryer combo last week and I have never been more excited to do laundry! I have always used top load washers, but the newer HE versions tend to leave white residue on my dark clothes. The switch to this front load LG combo couldn't have been easier! No residue on my clothes, energy efficient and nice looking. The ventless design allows for easy cleanup on top of the machine and it saved space in my small laundry room. The set it and go option is a game changer. No more spending hours waiting to switch clothes over when this model does it automatically!
Hey there. Thank you for the feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying your LG All-in-One Washer. Its HE design keeps dark clothes looking great, and the sleek, energy-efficient look is a plus. The ventless setup is perfect for smaller spaces, and the set-it-and-go feature saves you time. It’s a fantastic upgrade for laundry day! For additional feedback or questions, please send us a direct message on social media @LGUSSupport. 🧺🙂 ^David #LifeisGood
Convenient Setup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this unit. It does a great job washing and is incredibly quiet during the wash cycle. It is a little bit noisier during drying due to the compressor, but still relatively quiet. I was a little apprehensive about the switch to a heat pump dryer, so we kept our original dryer to use to quick dry items in emergencies. We have used the old dryer maybe twice in 5 months. The heat pump drying does tend to take longer than the traditional dryer, but the fact that there is no delay between washing and drying makes up for it. For drying, you can select Normal, Energy Saver, or timed dry. Normal is not much longer than a traditional dryer for most items, while Energy Saver is probably double the drying time of a traditional dryer. The only thing to be aware of is the lint/hair removal requirements. You will need to rinse the lint filter occasionally and do a quick 10 second vacuum of the duct that leads to the lint filter every now and then. The rubber door gasket also collects some lint/hair, but a wet paper towel or rags collects it all easily. In all, it's probably 5-10 mins of maintenance a month, which is more than worth it because of the time saved by not moving every load to a dryer, not to mention the energy savings.
Marketing is misleading but unit does work
It does an ok job at drying the clothes, the washer part is stellar but the 2 hour wash and dry marketing is not accurate. I would not recommend this unit as your only laundry set, as blankets take nearly a whole day to dry. It would be ideal as a second washer dryer or for those in small living spaces with access to a laundromat. Expect heavy Lint buildup and regular monthly drain filter cleaning or else you will get drain issues. Be aware that strong smelling detergents and fabric softeners will be very strong in odor in your clothes.
Hey there! Thank you for sharing your review about your experience. We understand that your situation did not meet the high standards we uphold at LG, and we sincerely appreciate your insights. Your input is invaluable as we continually work to enhance and improve our services. We have a guide available that addresses odor-related concerns for detergent that can be found at this link: https://shorturl.at/P4lfS. The BEST!!!
I absolutely love my new LG 2-in-1 Washer Dryer Combo! It has completely transformed how I do laundry. As a busy mom with a busy schedule, I was looking for a solution that saves both space and time—and this is it! First off, the design is sleek and modern, making it a perfect fit in my apartment. I was concerned about having both a washer and dryer in one unit, but the LG combo is incredibly efficient. The washing performance is superb; clothes come out clean, fresh, and quick.. I love that I can wash AND dry in as little as 2 hours. I especially love how quiet it operates—no more noisy cycles disrupting my day. What really impressed me, though, is the drying function. I no longer need to transfer laundry between machines—everything is done in one go! Plus, the steam function has been a game-changer for getting rid of wrinkles, especially for delicate items. The smart features are a huge bonus too. The app lets me monitor and control the cycle from my phone, so I can set it to run when I’m out of the house and come back to clean, dry clothes. It’s incredibly convenient! Overall, this washer dryer combo has exceeded all my expectations. It’s perfect for anyone looking to save space without sacrificing performance. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a reliable, efficient, and easy-to-use laundry solution!

Does the job better than two machines!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having used this machine for about a month and a half I can say that this machine is more convenient than having a separate washer and gas dryer, and uses a fraction of the water and energy. With very few exceptions all of my laundry has come out perfectly clean and dry, and those few exceptions I can attribute entirely to my own user error due to either improper loading of clothes, or improper mode selection. When I say user error I am being completely serious. The first thing to understand is you can't stuff this thing full to the brim with clothes, and often times less is more. The second thing to understand is there are too many modes - this machine should have only three functions available to a normal user: AI Wash + Dry, AI Wash, and Dry Only. Don't try to be smarter than the machine, just let it detect the load settings for you and let the machine worry about the rest. Now that I've said all that, this machine isn't perfect and I do have a few things to point out: Too much information has been crammed into the small display so it's easy to miss out on certain things, like whether or not the mode you've selected has the 'dry' function activated or not, and I wish more work had been done on this aspect of the UX (any user who's attempted to wash towels or bedding on one of the non-AI modes and ended up with a pile of wet laundry knows what I'm talking about). I also wish there was a way to have the drum light stay on for longer, or just have it on the entire time the machine is running - I can't be the only person weird enough to spend a Friday evening, favorite beverage in hand, watching my laundry. If I could have one feature added it would be this: I would love to have the ability to use both the detergent and softener tanks for detergent, but instead of linking them together I wish I could give them meaningful names in the UI and and select them separately at the time I start the machine. Like a lot of people I don't use fabric softener: it makes clothes feel weird and it ruins the ability for towels to absorb water. However, I do use both scented and unscented detergent. Some of the people in my household like the scented detergent, but some of us are sensitive or allergic to fragrances and prefer our laundry without. Having this ability would be a huge improvement in how I use the machine for my needs, and I think it would be the same for a lot of other people with families too.
Unmatched convenience.
I've had this unit for about a month now and couldn't be happier really. My wife and I both work crazy hours and not having to change the laundry so much has helped save time and just the overall convince is great. Using the app to control it too is amazing. It cleans and dries thoroughly, sometimes it takes longer but that would happen with any unit be it a combo or individual. Highly recommend.

Game Changer for Sports Families! *pun intended
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The concept of this product is incredible. There are some incredible features such as the auto dispensing detergent and softener and of course the main concept of dirty clothes coming out clean with the press of a button! Additionally, the fact that you can add this to just about any space in your house since you don't need venting or a 220 line is a huge win. Prior to owning this machine I would have to go up and down two flights of stairs with our laundry. We are now able to do all of our laundry right outside of all of our bedrooms as we added this to a hall closet upstairs. We are a very active family of 5 with all of our kids in sports year round. This has saved us many times!! No more leaving wet clothes in the washer only to have to rewash them. No more forgetting to wash a uniform late and night and needing to set an alarm to switch it from the washer to the dryer! I also love that you can choose to put it only on a wash or dry setting because there are times when uniforms need to go through the wash more than once before drying. Also, I haven't had any issues with this taking any longer than any other standalone washer/dryer to get through a load. Our clothes always come out perfectly dry. The only negative I have found so far is the maintenance. I don't even know if I can truly call it a negative as you should do regular maintenance on all appliances, but who are we kidding? We all know we try to get away without it for as long as possible. That's not the case with this machine. You must regularly disassemble pieces and parts to clean the various filters as lint does get EVERYWHERE, but I assure you...it is so worth it.
