[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LG WashCombo over the years. Love the convenience, space saving, set and forget cycles. However, this model does not have Low Heat options for the Dryer cycle. There is a power saving setting, but this is not adequately lower the temperature. The previous WashCombo, without the heatpump, had settings for low heat during drying. The lack of control for heat has caused articles of clothing to shrink when the older appliance did not have this issue. This is lack of Heat setting is the main reason for the lower rating.

I love the compact size of a washer/dryer combo, and better energy efficiency of front loading machines and the new LG heat pump technology. This Combo W/D works on a standard 120 volt outlet and the dryer is ventless - no gas hookup or ducting to worry about! It took just minutes to connect the water lines / drain pipe and it was ready to go (I used the installation service because I'm not handy). Amazing. The large digital display walks you through the startup and it's easy to figure out the wash cycles, temperature, etc. I washed a pretty full load that included heavier items like towels and sweatshirts and it was done in about 2 hours. The display gives the estimated time for the load to finish washing and drying, which was great, AND I didn't have to remember to come back and load the dryer. Even the heavier items were fluffy and dry. In terms of size, this could easily fit bulky bedding like a large comforter or heavy blanket. Really have to thank LG for this W/D Combo, they thought of everything!

Purchased this product in January 2024 and have found it does not live up to my expectations in many ways. Clothes come out wrinkled on per any press cycle, clothes do not dry completely and have to run a separate dry cycle. With the cost of energy it has become very expensive to operate

It does such a great job of drying their clothes every time we were skeptical at first, but overall we absolutely love it. The only thing we’ve kind of noticed is that that bigger? The load the longer it takes so just plan accordingly.

I just recently got the new LG WashCombo and I am so glad I did. We have a really busy household, and I feel like laundry is nonstop. This actually has become our second washer so we can keep up. I can throw in a load and then not worry about it. Next thing I know the close are dry, which comes in handy on game days. Plus this now allows be do a load of laundry at night, I can throw an extra load in before bed, and not worry about clothes or towels sitting wet overnight. Finally, the fact that it is a single machine is a huge space saver and made incorporating it into our home, so much easier!

Honestly, I was a little skeptical having an all-in-one unit but really happy with it so far. It works! And it works well! All the washing and drying settings are customizable when you start the load so you basically set it and forget it. Gone are the days of me letting my wet laundry sit in the washer for way too long and then having to run the cycle again because it started smelling mildewy. Bonus points: It is super sleek looking (who knew home appliances didn't have to be ugly) Woot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this washer dryer combo for 3 weeks now and yes there's a little more maintenance as far as wiping the gasket and filter after every cycle, but this combo really works for my life style. I like that all I have to do is put the clothes in and it dispenses the soap and softner as needed. The Ai wash is adapting well to the load size and adjusting the time cycle better. So far I'm impressed.

I love this machine! With the ezDispense Reservoirs I no longer have to add detergent and softener for each load. It is super quiet and handles big loads much better than my previous unit that would shake terribly when loads became out of balance. My favorite feature is the notification I receive on my iwatch when the load is done. It alerts me through the LG Thinq app so when I am outside or in another part of the house too far away to hear the end of cycle chime l’m still able to get my clothes out and hung up to minimize wrinkles. Also love the extra space I have now in my small laundry room and since the unit is ventless I have much more flexibility with placement. The Tub Clean cycle countdown is really helpful too. I have not used the remote start feature yet but glad to know it is available if I ever need it. Cleans extremely well and is a great fit for our family. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the machine on last Thursday. I have used 3 loads so far. One loads of 12 towels of all different sizes, One load of color clothes, and one load of all mix clothes with 2 twins bed sheets. They are all finished within 3 hours for wash and dry. Normally, I used the regular washer and dryer to complete in 2 hours. But I always have no time to move my clothes from washer to dryer. It’s a big help to be as I only need to take care 1 time.  In addition, this machine is running 120v only without gas. It’s safer for us use in home. My dryer valve was leaking natural gas before and it is a hazard for us if any gas leak happens.  In term of dry, few reviewers mentioned not dry. All my clothes are completely dried every time.  Yes. It takes longer to dry., but why you need to wash and dry very fast. Not many people will use the recent washed clothes instantly.  I believe the technology will be improved by time and most of the disadvantages will be less and less, but this machine is the latest technology of the washer and dryer combo. I strongly recommend this machine to everyone who wants to change their washer and dryer.

We’ve had the combo for 3 months and love it. Our condo is small so the laundry is in the second bathroom and this washer/dryer combo save so much space. As an added bonus I don’t lose socks and little items in a transfer from washer to dryer. My clothes are just as clean with the right amount of dryness.
