[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fact that it is a combo washer and dryer. Drying time can be quite a bit longer than a regular dryer, but, is fine for just the two of us. We like having extra space in the laundry room now. Our clothes come out very clean. We bought the pedestal for it to stand on. We are really glad we did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When receiving the washer/dryer combo we were very impressed with the streamlined look and very easy to use controls. We especially like the dispenser system. We fill up the detergent and softer the washer does the rest. It will go for over 20 washes before alerting us to be refilled. We set the dispenser to the less option. The dryer is automatically started after the wash as long as the option is chosen. At first the dryer took longer than expected however It was getting the job done. The washer and all the options make up for the time the dryer takes. I’d say 45 mins to an hour to dry depending on how full it is. I would recommend this unit especially for people living in small spaces. It has it all.

We bought our machine at the end of January 2025, we have had it for less than 8 months and have already required 2 separate service calls. The first because the unit stopped drying the clothes, we had a defective filter that was changed out. Now our pump has stopped working and the washing machine won't drain. LG has been horrible to work with, service calls taking over a week to schedule. I will never buy another LG system again, this was a complete waste of money and I regret my purchase. LG doesn't even list the parts online for this model so you can order the parts yourself and fix the machine instead of waiting.

Not having to move the clothing from the Washer to the Dryer is a game changer! Being able to start a load of laundry before work, and come home to dry clothing for the evening is refreshing. The maintenance schedule seems steep, but it's a lot easier than I thought to upkeep the machine. The ThinQ features are also very helpful, reminding me when my load is complete and when it's time to perform Tub Clean.

I had been wanting to try one of these for awhile, and I am so impressed. Washes & dries so quickly and you don’t have to worry about switching over the laundry. Set up was easy. Everyone who comes over wants to buy one after we show them how it works.

Love this washer/dryer combo, it's a total game-changer. First off, no more switching clothes between machines—it does everything in one go, which is a lifesaver. It’s also super quiet and doesn’t need a vent. Plus, I can fill it before I go to work, and then start a load from my phone so that it is finished just as I arrive home. Highly recommend!

So for the most part it works fine, takes a while, can live with that. The drain catch for hair is the fatal flaw. Awful location, engineering, and clogs every couple loads. That bottom left panel is the drain system, have to use a shallow pan, multiple trips, and when you think it's empty it still spills all over the area. RIP my wood walls, seeing a lot of water. This could ruin someone's house. Pain in the sphincter since the second week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the washer on 1/2/24 after unboxing it looks of the sleek color of it and how the face looked was impressive. I started using it and the first load that was done was towels and 12 towels a small kids robe and a mat unit worked great. The dry cycle was a bit long but and the all the towels came out 100% dry which I was impressed. I also used a Tide washer pod in which I do not recommend at the end of the wash cycle there was suds left over in the unit so the easy dispenser works great. DO to the fact that it give the perfect amount of detergent. Also we have used all different settings. found the if energy setting is off it makes the wash cycle much faster. The clothes come out perfectly washed and dried . The thinkq app is a wonderful feature it takes the guessing out of when the load is done. It also has great features for the maintenance of the machine like tube cleans. With a house of 6 people this machine has shown to be a great washer dryer combo the tube is the perfect size and quick to wash and dry .
