We have had ours for a few months and I hate it! It might be great for a single person but for a family with dogs it sucks. The hair is always caked on the gasket. It is a nightmare to get it off of it too. It has never finished in 2 hours unless it’s the wash cycle only. It averages 3 hours 50 min. If I could trade it out I would.

I have been using the LG ALL in One washer for over a week now and the convenience is wonderful! In a busy lifestyle, I would forget to move laundry from the washer to the dryer and would land up washing laundry over several tines before making it to the dryer! The LG allows me to set the Ai setting and walk away. When I return the laundry is ready to fold. I enjoy the EZ dispenser and the reminders for cleaning out lint collector. I have been able to test a few dryer settings and enjoy the permanent press setting as clothes come out ready to wear. The steam setting is another new favortie, however there are so many features, I have yet to learn them all. The size of the unit is also a plus, allowing us to reclaim space in our laundry closet. Overall this has been a great change in our laundy life.

We were able to put our clothes in and come home to washed and dried laundry. This all-in-one is perfect for busy families who aren't always home but need fresh clothes!

I'm switching over from a washer and dryer tower, and was worried this combo machine wouldn't adequately dry my laundry. This hasn't been an issue at all. Everything can be washed and dried in 2 hours as advertised as long as the load of laundry is reasonable. I love the ventless design for this product. My old unit was in a small closet, and it was very difficult to clean the duct. Now, I never have to worry about the fire hazard of a clogged duct!

So far, so good! I tested the AI generated wash cycle first, that was 4-5 hours! Have since switched to the wash+dry cycle, 3.5 hours. So, that’s pretty comparable with my old machines. Lint trap is a breeze to clean. I connected to the LGThinq app and got some custom screens and melodies for the different seasons. It also does not make my laundry room a sauna. Now, I can move my dog beds in there without a worry of them overheating.

However, we are very disappointed with the length of time it takes to dry, especially towels. We have followed the instructions in the manual to layer the items and not over load, but after over over three hours the towels are still damp.

I am So pleased with this super sleek, convenient, Easy to use Washer. Dryer Combo. I don't have to take clothes in and out after each cycle and not to mention, my children LOVE doing their laundry on their own now that they can reach. It’s not Loud at all which is really nice! It’s also so helpful for a busy Mama like myself who has to take care of the Kids, Work, and make time for the piled up laundry. Anything that makes Mamas job easier, Sign me up !

I have had this about 2 weeks now and the convince of being able to put a load of my kids clothes and have it wash and dry is a game changer. The integration with my phone makes things so convenient. This machine has taken my family's life to the next level highly recommend to anyone especially family's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical and apprehensive about switching from my old top loader to new technology - an All-in-One.  This is what I have  experienced and learned:    The electronic controls are easy to navigate and give a wide array of options, including extra rinses and hits of steam. Enough  Liquid detergent can be loaded into the dispenser to do 10 loads  before refilling.  The appliance has a huge capacity and can easily handle large loads of laundry.   It is very quiet and it takes up less space in my laundry room.  The removal of lint is super simple.    So far, I have found the results to be very good.  Our clothes come out sweet smelling and soft.  I do not use extra softeners or dryer sheets.  is wonderful to put a load of laundry in in the evening before bed and be able to get up and put it away in the morning.....all dry.    I   I purchased a pedestal for the unit in order to lift it up to a more comfortable height and for the extra storage space.   I am very pleased and happy with this qppiliance and am looking forward to using it for years to come.

Every evening when returning from work I could throw my clothes straight in an dI could count on them being clean AND dry by the next more or usually way earlier. My other favorite feature is the two lint trap system! I have two cats and had next to no hair on my clothes after a wash! The Best mahine ever. Would recommend it to anyone.
