[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying my new LG All-in-One Washer/Dryer Combo. It is so sleek and modern looking. The fact that I can put my clothes in and go do other things, even run short errands, is wonderful!! My load of towels dried completely, which was not the case with my previous dryer. So much more energy efficient, too, which is important to me. I especially like the ezDispense feature which saves on detergent and fabric softener. All in all, this product has definitely been a win - win for me. I will certainly share this with my family and friends.

Got my washer/dryer combo a few days ago and I already love it! The size is perfect for my small house and now I can add more storage above it. It's super quiet and doesn't shift around when spinning. I love all of the features and functions it has so I can customize my washing and drying based on the type of load. The capacity is huge and I can comfortably fit 2 regular loads of laundry in. So far, all my clothes/laundry has come out much cleaner than with my old agitator washer. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone, but especially those living with limited space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a new washer and saw this new combo washer/dryer to be a very clever idea. It was priced on sale and I wanted to give it a try. It's a beautiful washer and I was really impressed with the build quality, the inside of the door I believe is thick glass. It had some weight to it and kept it planted on the floor when spinning and is very silent. I mainly needed a new washer and it got my clothes cleaner than my old top load washer. I connected it to my LG Thinq app and realized it had so many more features and options in the app. You fill its detergent and softener tanks and it atuomatically dispenses multiple loads without the hassle of filling up each load, so convenient. I still use my dryer on heavy laundry days but when I need one load done I just throw in a load and forget about it. Wash and dry in one cycle, AMAZING! I throw my daily sweat soaked workout clothes or kids swimsuits in an it washess and drys in one appliance. They're already dry when i need them again, sometimes I forget I did a load. Basically throw it in and forget about it. If you use the dryer feature I suggest you use the fabric softener tank because you wont need to remember to put a dryer sheet in. Remember to clean out the top filter after each use and the bottom one monthly. I was thinking of buying a matching dryer to update the set but not really sure if I even need to, but it is convenient when yo have a lot of loads of laundry to do in a day.

Not a dealbreaker but it really can only handle a standard laundry basket worth of laundry. I wouldn't push the capacity. Also, the stainless steel 'graphite' is slightly darker than it appears in the photos. Other than that, so far so good. I do love that it's a one stop machine, and the design is nicer than most washer/dryers I've seen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do really like this machine, but it's definitely not gonna wash and dry your normal small-ish load of laundry in two hours. They should hurry up and revise that to around 2½-3 hours for a normal load of clothes. It was also kind of stinky rubber smelling for the first dozen or so loads. I read reviews and knew it was going to be slow, and smell weird at first going into it though...and I don't have a dryer plug or vent, so I was willing to accept it...But I would go with the stacked machine, or separate washer and heat pump dryer if I had a dryer plug. It does wash excellently, it's usually very quiet (it has its loud moments during spin sometimes, and the compressor sometimes gets loud during the dry cycle), but clothes come out perfectly dry, and softer than a normal dryer! It's not completely perfect though. You do have to be diligent cleaning the lint filter, and I sometimes just vacuum the door gasket of lint before I start removing clothes. The door gasket is linty after towels and bleached clothes, especially, but I knew that getting into it. The bleach dispenser also does not get enough water to fully empty. I would prefer that I could specify two different types of detergents in the two tanks, or just not have that feature to start with as it's another thing to break. The light also can't be programmed to stay on or started from the app. Those are nit picks though that can be fixed with software updates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly we were so excited to get this unit. No more remembering to switch the laundry over! We're a small family of 3 and don't do much laundry so we thought it would be perfect for us!!, WRONG, it is the biggest waste of money we've ever spent. It takes hours to dry a small load and even then you often need to re-run a dry only cycle. Towels? Forget about it, 4 standard sized towels is easily 6+ hours to wash and dry. I will not wash my bed blankets in it because they will never dry. I'm not talking heavy loads either, basic cotton fabric clothing, smaller than a normal washer/dryer load and it's never ending. I now need to spend money at a laundry mat to wash any/all blankets. It's been less than a year since we bought it and we have regular issues with it. Repair person is coming out tomorrow because we keep getting a drain error, even though the filter and such are free of debris. If I could afford to get rid of it and buy a set, I would. Even for 3-4 loads a week it's a huge pain to deal with. 15/10 do NOT recommend. Seriously, avoid this unit, save yourself the stress, the money, and buy a regular washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this device. It takes up half the space of my previous washer and dryer, plus it doesn't need a vent! I can put a load in when I go to bed or when I leave for the day and it will be dry when I get up or come home. It's great. I was worried about my clothes not getting completely dry, but everything is always perfectly dry.

We have had our WM6998HBA for nearly a month now and I have been quite impressed with the machine. I love the AI Wash & Dry feature. The feature does a really good job in calculating the total wash and dry time for the loads. Wash and dry times can vary depending on type and amount of clothes. Overall, it is a great machine!

We are busy family with 3 kids and we do tons of laundry a week. However, this product is so easy to use, even my 10 yo is able to do his own laundry now! Admittedly, it takes a bit of getting used to figure out the best cases for different cycles, volume of wash and materials but overall, very happy with the product. Also, of course, no product is perfect but this has added back ours of family time. Happy customer here!
