We upgraded to LG's new washer/dryer combo and love it's space saving and ventless design. My first load was the AI wash/dry, and it came out perfect. There are so many options, you can customize each load for the most effective cleaning your laundry requires. The ThinQ app allows easy tracking, maintenance notifications, and remote start functions. I especially like the sensing function which determines the amount of water and dryness level. No more feeling wasteful for having a tiny load. This machine is also very quiet, even in the spin cycle. Our old washer sounded like an airplane engine starting during it's spin cycle. I was skeptical about a 2-in-1 unit being able to perform well, but it's technology is far superior. I highly recommend!! Life is Good

Such an amazing washer/dryer and extremely convenient!!!  I was skeptical about the LG All-in-One Washer/Dryer, but I'm so glad I got it! The best part? I can start a load remotely through the LG ThinQ app—super convenient. With over a dozen cycles, including options for activewear and delicate dresses, plus the ezDispense system that automatically adds detergent and softener, this machine makes laundry a breeze and saves so much time. If only it folded clothes! If you're considering it, go for it—this washer/dryer is a total game-changer

The Washer/Dryer Combo is awesome! My wife and I really like the convenience of using one machine to wash and dry all of our laundry. There are over 10 different settings so it can handle anything we can throw at it. And the lint trap is efficient and easy to use. It's nice that it's located on the top of the machine and it literally takes 5 seconds to clean. Overall it's a great product!

Sometimes it says it takes two hours to dry clothes and we leave it on all night long and in the morning it is still drying. There’s a defect in this machine because the lint accumulates in the machine and it causes the sensors to malfunction.

Also love it being vent free since it is in the basement and venting would be an issue. Self dispensing of the detergent and softener from the dispensing tanks is also a big plus, we only add detergent and softener every 5-6 weeks on average.

I bought this Combo 11 moth ago and have had issues since. Keep getting message about the filter needs cleaning takes longer to dry the filter never needs cleaning but the coil on the right side of the filter gets clogged the main filter doesn't ketch all of the lint and it causes it to block up the vanes and you need a special brush to clean or you will damage the vanes! The tech came out today and he bought a brush himself to clean the vanes! LG should have furnished one! What a mess!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit does a great job washing and drying, with only our king size quilt needing extra drying time. Living in Phoenix, our low humidity probably helps with drying compared to what other reviewers have experienced. I really like that it only needs a 120v outlet and doesn't need venting. Since it's ventless, we're not wasting energy to heat already air-conditioned air and blow it out the roof. Switching to a single combo unit has also opened up a lot of space in our laundry room. Not having to leave the door open to dry is another huge plus. This washer/dryer combo works best for people who like to run loads overnight or while they're away. If you prefer to do all your laundry in one day, this machine might not be the right fit for you. The biggest downside I've found is having to clean the condenser coils every so often. You have to unscrew a few screws, remove a couple parts, and peel off the lint that's gotten past the screen and onto the coils. This was not mentioned in the manual. I only learned about it after LG texted me. My guess is they didn't plan on it being a regular maintenance item, or they would've made it easier to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the all in one combo washer dryer now for 2 weeks and have found it very easy to use. We love the self dispense feature. We have found the unit to function well. Longer dry times for larger loads and heavier fabrics. We love that we can load our laundry and approximately 2hrs later it's washed and dried and ready to fold. We had a few missteps at first but following the directions provided in manual helped resolve our issues. I believe in my new washer dryer and look forward to our next LG product.

Works great! Has 15 min quick wash option & dries in 40 minutes . Self wash & dry option for 3 hours as well for late at night loads or forgetful teenagers that leave clothes in washer & rots. Many more options to chose from. Dries very well for a 120v with no vent.

Cons: no steam refresh wrinkle releaser. They have two different modes for wrinkle prevention but none to release them. Problem is that the nature of the wash and dry plasters the cloths to the drum during the spin and sets most of the wrinkles during the dry before the cloths fall off the tub to finished drying. Wrinkle prevention needs to run the old steam refresh routine. Have it notify you saying dry cycle is finished starting wrinkle release. That way if you Want to pull the cloths our you can or you can let it continue with a wrinkle release. Pros. No more smelly cloths left in the washer. Honestly love this thing. Auto dispenses soap so the kids can do thier own laundry and I don't have to get after them to rotate. Super easy to use and so much less tending. Absolutely love it.
