I have had this about 2 weeks now and the convince of being able to put a load of my kids clothes and have it wash and dry is a game changer. The integration with my phone makes things so convenient. This machine has taken my family's life to the next level highly recommend to anyone especially family's

Your schedule changes and laundry day must shift. You pick up a new hobby and suddenly you’ve got dirty running shirts every morning. A baby is born, there are 4 outfits a day, they’re small but they still need to be washed and dried! You welcome another member of the family. Your laundry demands change as quickly as they do. They have home clothes, sports clothes, school clothes, there aren’t enough hours in the day to keep up with the ever-growing pile. One day they move on, they get their own machines. The laundry pace slows again to a predictable two loads a week, maybe one. Laundry changes with life changes. You collect, you wash, you dry, you put away. Our machine has changed the way we look at our laundry story. The story of this machine has been different, life has changed when the laundry changed, it’s happened the other way around. The machine has changed our approach and therefore changed our laundry story. Wash, dry, steam, whatever the load sizes and frequencies are constantly fluctuating, but we adjust and laundry is something happening in the background, giving us more time to grow and change in the foreground. This machine is awesome, it’s improving, the initial AI features are getting better at estimating, it’s learning as we learn. 2 in 1 is the obvious future, there are phases of life that one 2 in 1 machine is perfect for but I’d guess most people would be happiest with 2 machines. It’s the same amount of space as before, you’re just working almost twice as fast, more accurately put, you are working half as much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn’t do a great job of drying clothes. When I chatted in for help, or a tech, I got pushback. After cleaning the vent, condenser, and draining the machine, still takes 2-3 cycles to get clothes mostly dry.

Product worked great at first. Quickly realized that lint gets through the filter and builds up on the condenser coils. Every few weeks you have to unscrew everything on the filter and manually remove the lint from the coils. Lately, have been constantly getting drain errors causing batches to fail and sit in water.

Although we had issues we still like the concept of this design and decided to purchase the latest all in one model and have been extremely impressed. Shorter cycles now and the added features along with additional lint trap on top makes the process so much easier. Thank you for the improvements and a better product.

I received the LG washer/dryer combo and it is a major upgrade from my old unit! Not only does it have a sleek, space saving design but it’s also an intuitive smart device. It has over 20 program options and is extremely user friendly - and this is coming from someone who isn’t “techy”. A full load took about 2hrs from start to finish. I no longer have to plan my day around remembering to put the clothes in the dryer. This LG washer/dryer combo has been a huge game changer and a time saver for me. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their current machines!

I love this washer/dryer combo!! It works great! I can just put my clothes in and forget about it and they come out fresh, clean and dry. Also love that I don’t have to load the soap every time. There are so many different options for washing, I found the AI feature works best for most stuff. The app connectivity is a great touch so I can monitor my clothes if I’m away. 100% recommend this product!

All I need to do is dump the laundry into the tub and press start. Within about 2 hrs, wash and dry is complete and that's it! The design is sleek, space-saving and easy to install. It runs quietly and drying is gentle enough not to damage the clothes. I can remotely control the unit and also get reminders from the app once the cycle is done. With the ezdispense feature you can fill the dispenser once in a while so you don’t have to every time you do the laundry-- how convenient! The auto cleaning condenser is also neat, allowing me to clean the filter without having to touch it! It’s fully equipped with the features that I've always wanted. Highly recommend it.

Not sure I'm loving this unit. I love that it washes and dries. I love that it's aesthetically pleasing and saves on space... But, it only seems to be able to do small loads effectively and we've already had an issue with the electronics. Also, our clothes don't smell super clean when they're done.
