Not having to move heavy wet loads from one machine to another is really wonderful. The towels came out fluffy and nice. It's hard to say if it would do the same for heftier loads like beddings, but works well so far.

I'm a big fan of this washer/dryer combo! I live in a small 1 bedroom loft and this machine doesn't take up too much room. It was easy to install and is easy to use. The wash/dry cycles are quick and I love that my laundry is done in around 2 hours. I appreciate that it's an energy saver too, using less energy than my older washer/dryers. Thank you LG! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very unhappy with this. Broke after 30 days. Vent trap stuck, was replaced and still not drying correctly. Dripping water in vent trap. Moisture in drum and excessive amounts of moist lint after each load wash or dry. Very long dry times even with small loads 3-4hrs and still damp. Trying to return and having issues with that. Not ideal for our family of 5. Can’t wait to get a separate washer and dryer. Wish I would have read more reviews.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit does a great job washing and drying, with only our king size quilt needing extra drying time. Living in Phoenix, our low humidity probably helps with drying compared to what other reviewers have experienced. I really like that it only needs a 120v outlet and doesn't need venting. Since it's ventless, we're not wasting energy to heat already air-conditioned air and blow it out the roof. Switching to a single combo unit has also opened up a lot of space in our laundry room. Not having to leave the door open to dry is another huge plus. This washer/dryer combo works best for people who like to run loads overnight or while they're away. If you prefer to do all your laundry in one day, this machine might not be the right fit for you. The biggest downside I've found is having to clean the condenser coils every so often. You have to unscrew a few screws, remove a couple parts, and peel off the lint that's gotten past the screen and onto the coils. This was not mentioned in the manual. I only learned about it after LG texted me. My guess is they didn't plan on it being a regular maintenance item, or they would've made it easier to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the wash/ dry combo machine for 4 weeks and I love it. There are so many features. You can use the app to wash and dry. All in the palm of your hand. My favorite is the quick wash that gets done in 20 min. I love that the machine is not bulky. It’s a good size. You don’t have to use 2 separate machine cause this one does it all in one. I love the wash/ dry combo machine and good highly recommend it.

I love that I can put the laundry in press and button and everything is done in a few hours. The detergent reservoir is great too, not having to out in detergent every time is great. Along with the app it's a no brainer. The convenience of the app telling you when it's done is also perfect! Not having to go up and down the stairs to check! The ventless dryer takes longer then traditional dryers but leaves my laundry room far less humid which is great! This would be perfect for apartment living or for small families.

The machine had been great! You put everything in 1 machine soap and clothes then forget. Load takes about 2 hours but it's done when you return. Don't have to worry about wet clothes left in washing machine anymore. My husband is son of dry cleaners business and thinks it's a wonderful invention.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our new LG Washer Dryer combo last month and it has worked great. It is nice to be able to put the clothes in and the next time you take them out they are washed and dried. We love that it adds the detergent and fabric softener as needed and seems to not use as much as I do when putting it in manually. It is nice to be able to monitor and control it with the Thin Q app. The controls are easy to set on the washer dryer. Before getting this one I had heard that these machines do not dry properly or take a long time to dry. I can tell you that it has completely dried our laundry every time, this is a lot better than our last dryer where we would have to go and pull the comforter out and turn it then put it back in to get it to dry. It is also a lot less quieter than our last ones The only negative comment I have is the controls are sensitive and if I bump the controls after setting them I have to remember to check the settings before starting the laundry. I highly recommend this washer dryer, we are very happy with the performance of the washer dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our clothes come out MUCH MORE WRINKLED (to the point we’ll probably have to iron), it takes nearly an entire day to wash/dry one load. For a small family, MAYBE. The only pro I can say is that it saves space but adds life frustration.

We upgraded to LG's new washer/dryer combo and love it's space saving and ventless design. My first load was the AI wash/dry, and it came out perfect. There are so many options, you can customize each load for the most effective cleaning your laundry requires. The ThinQ app allows easy tracking, maintenance notifications, and remote start functions. I especially like the sensing function which determines the amount of water and dryness level. No more feeling wasteful for having a tiny load. This machine is also very quiet, even in the spin cycle. Our old washer sounded like an airplane engine starting during it's spin cycle. I was skeptical about a 2-in-1 unit being able to perform well, but it's technology is far superior. I highly recommend!! Life is Good
