I love everything about this machine. I’ve only done about 20 loads so far. My clothes seem to come out cleaner. I love being notified when it’s time to take them out. The drying does seem to take a little longer but not too bad. Overall the clothes seem to feel nicer and less wrinkly. I bought it for the cottage but thinking about getting one for my home. It is a larger….deeper… machine, so may not fit at home.😩

We absolutely love our new washing machine. We have much more room for storage. The combo washer/dryer is much more convenient and time efficient for us. The ability to control the appliance from then LG Thinq app is amazing and very user friendly. We love this appliance so much, we have purchased a new LG Double oven with convection cooking and air fryer ability.

Received this last month and I love it already. I’m one of those people who constantly has to spend extra time rewashing clothes that has sat in the washer for too long. This product has completely saved me the headache of having to do that because it’s an all in one. No more wasting water because I forgot to throw clothes in the dryer after the wash. The convenience of not having to transfer loads between the washer and dryer was a major selling point for me. However, after using the machine extensively, I've found that its drying capabilities fall far short of expectations. Despite experimenting with various settings and features touted by LG, including different drying cycles and options like AI, I consistently encounter issues with damp or even wet clothes post-cycle. This has led to repeated cycles to achieve dryness, defeating the purpose of efficiency that the combo promises. The frustration is compounded by the fact that the washer performs admirably; clothes emerge clean and well-cared for. However, the dryer component of the combo consistently underperforms. Even small loads intended for quick drying often require multiple cycles or extended drying times, which is both time-consuming and wasteful in terms of energy consumption. For now, my experience with this product has unfortunately been marked by persistent disappointment.

I love the energy efficiency and the one and done convenience. However, the competition has a feature to automatically pop the door open at the end of the cycle. Is this something that can be added per software update? I figure it would help prevent any mildew from residual moisture if left unattended. Adding this feature would make it a truly five star product.

As someone who’s always on the lookout for efficient, space-saving appliances, the LG WashCombo™ All-in-One 5.0 has been a game-changer for me. Living in an apartment with limited space, washer/dryer combo has been a life saver! I was impressed by the modern design. It’s compact enough to handle large loads that suits my needs. The fact that it’s ventless was a major bonus for me! No need to worry about installing external venting or taking up extra space with bulky dryer vent hoses. This is especially great for my small apartment where I can’t really afford a separate washer and dryer. In terms of washing, this unit does an excellent job. My clothes come out clean, and the gentle cycles are perfect. That being said, the fact that it’s energy-efficient is a big plus. I’m sure my electricity bills will be a lot less than usual. Btw, the noise level is something that took me a bit to get used to. The spin cycle can get fairly loud, and while it doesn’t bother me during the day, I can imagine it might be disruptive in quieter environments. That’s pretty common though. Mine fits in a closet so when i close it it’s not too bad! Overall, my combo washer dryer has been a solid performer for my apartment living. It’s convenient and efficient. Love my new appliance!

I love this washer/dryer combo!! It works great! I can just put my clothes in and forget about it and they come out fresh, clean and dry. Also love that I don’t have to load the soap every time. There are so many different options for washing, I found the AI feature works best for most stuff. The app connectivity is a great touch so I can monitor my clothes if I’m away. 100% recommend this product!

Great convenience with larger compartments for detergent and fabric softerner. One fill lasts several loads. I would have given 5 Stars but the dry cycle does not provide sufficient heat to dry clothes. I have to give it at least 2 cycles for the clothes to completely dry. Overall, I'm very happy with the unit.

Purchased this product in January 2024 and have found it does not live up to my expectations in many ways. Clothes come out wrinkled on per any press cycle, clothes do not dry completely and have to run a separate dry cycle. With the cost of energy it has become very expensive to operate
