We purchased our machine in May of 2024, worked well for three weeks after purchase and install. It was installed in June. After using the unit for 3 weeks things went downhill. Massive amounts of water pouring out of machine and flooding our floors was the last straw for us. We now must turn off power and water supply to the machine after every use, we also only use the wash cycle for fear of flooding our floors again. Someone must always be present while machine is running for fear of what may happen. This machine does not work as advertised. We would not recommend this machine.

One loads of 12 towels of all different sizes, One load of color clothes, and one load of all mix clothes with 2 twins bed sheets. They are all finished within 3 hours for wash and dry. Normally, I used the regular washer and dryer to complete in 2 hours. But I always have no time to move my clothes from washer to dryer. It’s a big help to be as I only need to take care 1 time.  In addition, this machine is running 120v only without gas. It’s safer for us use in home. My dryer valve was leaking natural gas before and it is a hazard for us if any gas leak happens.  In term of dry, few reviewers mentioned not dry. All my clothes are completely dried every time.  Yes. It takes longer to dry., but why you need to wash and dry very fast. Not many people will use the recent washed clothes instantly.  I believe the technology will be improved by time and most of the disadvantages will be less and less, but this machine is the latest technology of the washer and dryer combo. I strongly recommend this machine to everyone who wants to change their washer and dryer.

We clean the top and bottom filter after every load and still have to hang clothes to dry. We followed every instruction - empty top and bottom filters after every load and dry the tub. Still won't dry. Horrible product and very disappointing.

Incredible machine has longer cycle times but no vent very quiet we really like it. It does produce a lot of lint so much more cleaning of the filters than I expected and the condenser coil cleaning is necessary after about 50 loads and is an advanced process but works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love it, never get moldy clothes and never lose time if I forget to move things to the dryer. It does an excellent job, the delicate cycle is extremely delicate, and I love the ability to just fill it up with detergent and rarely need to refill it. I will say that the interface is a little weird, the app is useful for setting it up. The drying times are a lot longer than a regular dryer. I got this unit for my family and they opted to keep the regular dryer. If we are really processing a lot of laundry in a quick time we pull the clothes out of this and put it in the dryer while running a wash+dry cycle on this. I also find it weird it is not straight forward to reduce drying temp. I like lower drying temps on certain cycles. I'll also say the AI wash and dry cycle is pretty stingy on detergent and not as dry. It really tries to save on power and water, but I prefer the normal and delicate cycles. Overall, very happy. Well build, wonderful finish, works as advertised and lets you just toss clothes in at night or while on a trip and to come back to clean clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very unhappy with this. Broke after 30 days. Vent trap stuck, was replaced and still not drying correctly. Dripping water in vent trap. Moisture in drum and excessive amounts of moist lint after each load wash or dry. Very long dry times even with small loads 3-4hrs and still damp. Trying to return and having issues with that. Not ideal for our family of 5. Can’t wait to get a separate washer and dryer. Wish I would have read more reviews.

Terrible. Takes all day to do 1 load of laundry. LED/LCD screen goes out nearly every cycle. Drain hose way too short and dumps dirty water all over the floor, but the filter requires cleaning at least 2 to 3 times per month. I've had this unit since April 2024. The dryer filter is flimsy and feels like it will fall apart any second. These units are super expensive and we paid way more than the sale price showing now. I am so very disappointed with something that I thought was going to be a dream and put so much of our hard earned money into. We shouldn't have to get something that is literally a few months old repaired. It should have been built better to begin with.

I bought this march 22, 2024, and regret that purchase. Have had service out already. The lint is a huge problem, eventhough the lint trap is cleaned after each use. Another lint trap that I was unaware existed until repairman showed me requires the use of pliers to remove. Not pleased at all.
