Don’t buy it is not worth it.

Poor dry performance
Poor dry time. Takes over 4 hours for one large load of clothes to dry. Towels take about 6 hours

Worst product that I’ve ever used
The absolute worst, inefficient / ineffective washer/dryer product ever.

Takes forever to finish a load
Machine takes a very long to dry. Put two pairs of jeans in this morning at 6:30 am. Finally dry after more than 3 hours.

Wowzer!
We got the washer/dryer in January. I learned to wash "like" items in a load so it dried accordingly (towels togther,sheets together, clothes together, etc.) Drying items takes longer HOWEVER it is only a 110 not a regular dryer. Plan accordingly. Unfortunately we are now selling our house. We had two agents in to look at the home before we list for sale. Both of them said it was "genius" to put this on the main floor to make one level living. They had heard about them but never saw them.
Waste of 3k Don’t Purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The worst machine you could buy. Purchased it 3 weeks ago. The machine wouldn’t stop drying it would get to 4 minutes and just keep running after 12 hours of being out of the house thinking I’ll get home and my clothes would be dry and machine off NO the machine still running and clothes still wet. I call LG they tell me I need to do an update still didn’t fix the problem. Call Lg back they send someone out they tell me it needs new parts they change the parts still didn’t fix it. I ended up returning the machine 3k worth of garbage

As a first step, please ensure that the drain filter is clean and that the water supply is adequate. A clogged drain filter can significantly affect the drying performance. You can clean the filter by accessing the cover at the lower left side of the front, draining any residual water, and removing any debris. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the product for a couple of weeks now, and I must say, overall, this is a great product! The installation guys were super friendly! They made sure that everything was installed correctly and to my satisfaction. The wash is very effective. I love that it has so many different wash settings available for all the different types of wash, articles of clothing, fabric, etc. It is also very convenient to set each setting through the app that I downloaded. This machine is also very very big. A lot bigger than other washers that I've ever used. The only small negative that I can say is that the drying process does take longer than initially expected. However, this being a washer & dryer combo, the tradeoff of having a slightly longer dryer cycle is well worth the convenience. I do not mind having a longer dryer cycle if all I have to do is load the machine and walk away. I rather have the longer cycles rather than having to return and reload it into a separate machine. I did notice that if I put in lighter loads (no towels or beddings) it dries a lot quicker, but again, I personally don't want to do multiple loads and rather do one large long cycle. As someone who is all about convenience, this machine is perfect for me!

False advertising
This unit is advertised as a one and done in 2 hours. It doesn't dry and takes 4-5 hours. They sent a tech out that said it's working without doing a load to see it isn't and said they would not let me return it. I'll be part of any class action lawsuit over this product because this isn't just me saying these things. I'll be buying all my appliances from another company that I planned LG for my kitchen remodel

2 in 1 does it all!!
The WashCombo is the appliance I didn’t know I needed! The 2in1 functionality is so convenient. It’s on the smaller side, however, it’s what adds to the convenience of being a space saver while still having a large capacity in the drum for your loads. It is user friendly with multiple wash settings and 3 buttons. My clothes have felt clean and throughly washed and dried.
