Not happy with it
replaced a separate washer & dryer, have a small home, I have to say if I had know about how this one works there is no way I would have bought it. I would go with a stackable set. The lint collection is horrible, I have to scrap my finger on the outer section to get the lint out of there, this is in addition to their lint collector. I worry it may be a fire hazard. It never seems to total dry towels, sometimes jeans. Granted I don't sort my loads. I've put a dryer sheet in sometimes so I have to pause it, it then adds 10 minutes to cycle. I get it I opened the door and the temp. dropped....
Hi, Jp. Thank you for sharing your experience with your LG washer‑dryer combo. Your description of the lint collection process, the need to reach into the outer section, the concern about buildup, and the difficulty fully drying towels or heavier items gives a clear picture of what you’ve been dealing with while using the LG unit. Your note about pausing the cycle for a dryer sheet and the added time afterward also helps highlight how the system has been operating for you. High maintenance/poor performance
We have owned our LG washer/dryer for just over 2 years. I was attracted to the design and size since I have a small laundry area and I only do laundry for 3 people. We have owned several LG products and have always thought they were good quality. This, however, is not worth the price. A few months after buying it, a load would take all night long (8 hour) to complete and still would not be dry. After doing some research, I cleaned the machine inside and out and it started working better. But it seems to require this maintenance every 6 months. Highly do not recommend.

Execessive Dry time, or not at all.
The unit does not dry clothes well. And when purchased, there were no instructions on the level of maintenance it requires just to get clothes partially dried. Having to take apart a portion of the unit to clean a condensing coil is not something the average person would consider normal. And, when going to clean it, you still cannot fully see it, it is hidden. The recommended cleaning schedule of every 10 cycles is crazy; that can happen in just a couple of days in a household. Reading reviews to try to solve the issue and I find other potential issues that I was not even aware of.

Excellent so far
Bought this at the beginning of January and have done 23 loads so far and it is fantastic as long as you clean the lint filters. Also the unit is super efficient and uses a fraction of the electricity compared to my old washer and dryer. The combo unit allowed me to put a full laundry/pantry cupboard above the unit. I highly recommend it.

Looks great, saves space and saves on work.
Mine is 2 1/5 years old. It looks great and has done a good job until recently. It often leaves the clothes extremely wet (and was set to dry). Load is small and very light soil. I have set it a second time to to dry and so far it does. I like the convenience of the combo. But am concerned on the not drying lately. I wish we'd gotten a book with it. I will search for one on line maybe a fix.

Great Combo
This is a great product for a small space with no vent. It requires a little more attention cleaning the filters and making sure the filter area is dry. Before you wash dry vaccum the filter both the large one and the condensor filter. This way it will stay dry and work properly. I use Al-Wash-dry and my cloths are dry and clean. I do not use a softener because I found it to not dry as well. I love my new Washer Dryer Combo. Also my sure you have the newest condensor filter. LG has great sevrice making sure yiu will be happy with this item. Thank you LG this is the only way to go. ventless!

Terrible machine and faulty design!
This machine does NOT work! As stated by many, the lint removal is not only difficult but it is impossible to remove it from the condenser and further slows down the drying process. You can NOT access that area, without disassembling the whole machine! There have been so many other issues. A leak has developed, hinges of the lower valve door have broken, since they are so flimsy and cheap, the top compartment lint filter had to be changed several times and on and on! I can not believe that LG has brought this faulty design to the market! Shame on LG!!!

Awful purchase
Do NOT buy this. We were excited to find a space saving option for our small laundry but this has been awful. It was fine for the first few months but it now takes all day to wash a small load of laundry and dry it. It took 5 hours to dry 4 bath towel yesterday. The lint is terrible no matter how many times you clean the filter. I even shopvac mine every week. I wish I could take this back.

4 hours to dry
I had a water leak and no one wants to pay. It takes 4 hours to dry, this all in one was made for an RV or container unit.
