I’m needed something small and easy to print up store return labels and misc things periodically and this is perfect! It was super easy to setup on the HP app and the scanning ability is nice as well. A great color and black and white printer for the cost.

What a steal! This HP printer works great for my personal home use. It works like a charm and was at an incredibly low price. I nearly bought one twice as much. I replaced an old HP that could hold more paper but I don’t print super quantities.

The 4255e printer, is easy to learn and use for the average at home usage. It has good print quality, different types of settings, android,and computer friendly. And very suitable for teens and adults, doing homework, home projects, and small business usage.

Easy set up an easy to understand how to work. Connects to WiFi and phone with ease no connection error. Takes some time if loading multiple pages but that is expected. Print comes out clear an neat use this for homeschooling my daughter. Great choice for sure

It is about as basic a computer printer as there can be found. Wireless connection only. I needed one will traveling and it was on sale. Ink cartridges will cost more than the printer.

I purchased a new HP printer. It's the HP DeskJet 4255e All-in-One model.. To be honest its not the greatest printer I have ever had as far as the free instant ink program you state here that it came with 6 months free instant ink but I'm only receiving 3 months WHY IS THAT?

We’ve had the worst problems with this printer. We’ve always purchased HP printers. Never had a problem like we’ve had with this one!! We have followed all trouble shooting suggestions and NOTHING!! It will NOT connect to WiFi. Time to start shopping other brands

This has been one of the worst printers I have ever had from HP. Setting it up was more that difficult and keeping it active was incredibly difficult. I purchased HP ink cartridges to use, but they wouldn't work, then I broke down and did the instant ink, at which time it did start working as far as printing was concerned. But I felt I was being coerced into that service. In any case I will be looking into other products after this experience.

I have had soon many problems with HP, I really don't know where to begin. The printer I just purchased, conveniently ran out of time on the warranty. Yet I had complaints initially but was forced to wait until the ink arrived - I should have known not to purchase an hp. Now I am stuck with no printer and cannot afford another one. Manipulated!

This printer keeps getting unlinked from my computer. It prints fine from my phone app but will only print one page before unlinking from my laptop and I have to go back through the whole process again. Very frustrated. Would love to know how to resolve this issue. Ready to trash the whole thing at this point!
