I’m needed something small and easy to print up store return labels and misc things periodically and this is perfect! It was super easy to setup on the HP app and the scanning ability is nice as well. A great color and black and white printer for the cost.

What a steal! This HP printer works great for my personal home use. It works like a charm and was at an incredibly low price. I nearly bought one twice as much. I replaced an old HP that could hold more paper but I don’t print super quantities.

Finally replaced my 12-year Desk-jet color printer that would no longer print despite routine maintenance. The features (scanning, copying, printing and ease of use) for a home office was worth the modest price. I seriously looked at other brands that get high ratings, but this transitioned seamlessly with my laptop. Bonus: the home network wireless features are smooth.

It is about as basic a computer printer as there can be found. Wireless connection only. I needed one will traveling and it was on sale. Ink cartridges will cost more than the printer.

Nice design, but printing is slow and ink doesn’t last very long. I printed 15 full color sheets before the color started to come out different and ink indicator came on

Great, when it works, however, I had multiple connectivity issues where the printer was consistently offline, had to re-install once and even that did not work the final time before returning. I ended up buying an Epson eco tank that was much easier to set up, even with the added time for the tanks to fill and set.

Don’t really think it’s worth. I thought it’d be an upgrade over an older 6000 series printer I had and it’s not. Make sure you have 2.4 ghz WiFi at home (it does not have an Ethernet port). Explore other brands at the same price or explore certified refurbished on hp website for a better model

We’ve had the worst problems with this printer. We’ve always purchased HP printers. Never had a problem like we’ve had with this one!! We have followed all trouble shooting suggestions and NOTHING!! It will NOT connect to WiFi. Time to start shopping other brands

Spent 3 days trying to get it to work and kept getting replies from the computer saying printer took too long to reoly, please try again so now it's going back

This printer / scanner / copier has been a PAIN from day 1. Sometimes it will print...sometimes it won't. It doesn't like to print PDF files. Scanner worked once, using the HP App., Now, the Scanner won't work. I hate this Printer!!
