cant find a driver to operate this printer. old cannon printer worked fine until it died. I read people had trouble hooking this printer up. Now I know why.. I guess I will go back to cannon or try an epson!

We've had the worst problems with this printer. We've always purchased HP printers. Never had a problem like we've had with this one!! We have followed all trouble shooting suggestions and NOTHING!! It will NOT connect to WiFi. Time to start shopping other brands

I purchased this printer on sale for $70, which initially felt like a great deal. However, it does require a monthly subscription of about $8 for paper and ink, which is something to keep in mind. One of the biggest drawbacks is the limited internal memory—it only reliably prints about five pages at a time. If you need to print longer documents, you have to break them into smaller sections, which is frustrating and time-consuming. Had I known this upfront, I probably wouldn't have purchased it, but unfortunately it's too late to return. That said, the print quality is good and it prints quickly. It's definitely an upgrade from our previous printer, but it still falls short of higher-end models. Overall, it's decent for light, everyday use, but not ideal if you frequently print larger documents.

At first I was frustrated to have to give up my HP8600, but I gave it to my grandson and he got it working again, so no lost. My new HP4255e is terrific. It seems to be faster and the print is marvelous. This is my third HP printer and they really last. I would recommend these printers to everyone. Thanks HP!

I’ve spent so much time trying to figure out how to get my color printer to print in color from my air book. It gives me an option to print in color from my phone but not my computer. I was about to just toss it.

I'm needed something small and easy to print up store return labels and misc things periodically and this is perfect! It was super easy to setup on the HP app and the scanning ability is nice as well. A great color and black and white printer for the cost.

The printer is good for the price, does most things well. Only it can’t do double sided printing. This is a good basic printer, with rear paper feed that stands up and open for dust or other things to possibly fall in and gum up the printer head. No paper feed trays, all that said printer is again good for the price

I'm a diehard HP printer fan but . . . .they have made it harder and harder to connect these new printers. The HP Smart app is NOT user friendly. Bring back the ability to look at the control panel on the front of the printer and set it up! This is the second new printer I've struggled with and it will be the last if they don't make some changes.

Mostly decent printer overall. The feed tray is goofy, has a little plastic flap that hinders functionality. Can’t fit much paper in the feed tray, and it seemingly has slight intermittent paper feeding issues. However having said that it has been functional thus far, just wish that paper feed tray was designed a bit better and it could hold more than 10 sheets of paper at a time.
