submitted one review already. Printer did not work with my chrome pad. couldn't get network connected in spite of all the AI and people help so I sent it back.

a little trouble getting the ink cartridges but other than that OK., I don't have a cord that conects the printer to the Laptop. I'll buy that separately

I had to get a new printer since my old one kept having to be fed paper. This new h.p. printer is awesome and works great and easy to use. Comes out looking professional when i print anything.

I have been using HP printers since 1996 and I have seen no reason to change. I see no reason to change. Good value for the money. And if there is an issue the quality control takes care of it right away.

The machine did not run properly and I sent it back. It printed 1/3 color page, then quit. Then printed 2 blank pages and I was charged for 4. The program call for purchasing ink and paper, then HP keeps track of all that you do. So the printer was connected to a remote control, not my printer. Its called HP Smart. Smart means AI; and you don't have control. Too much error letting AI control and interfere with your work. Also, all your work is being tracked through AI and your information too is being collected.

The setup was terrible.....the ink received with the printer did not register showing it as empty tried to talk to chat but no one could help...there is no phone number to call for in person assistance and finding the serial number is impossible as efforts to input what was on the machine rejected as a no match....right now it is a waste....plus the info on the machine to select what you want to do doesn't light up.

This model has bad wifi reception. The connection is interrupt while sending the printing document or scan. Actually I need to return it or have a solution about this constantly error.

The box was missing the cord going from the computer to the printer! The USB cord specific to this printer. This site does not allow me to attach pictures from my phone.

I hope it’s not the new software that Hp is using. Because it was way too difficult to install. I use printers all the time install them set systems up for people, but this was the biggest headache. I’m returning it.

cant find a driver to operate this printer. old cannon printer worked fine until it died. I read people had trouble hooking this printer up. Now I know why.. I guess I will go back to cannon or try an epson!
