Printer does not work. New out of the box and it needs support.

After set up showed black cartridge was out of ink. Trouble shot it cleaned witl alcohol and clened pin. Still shows no blabk ink. Color prints ok.

Ridiculously difficult to change wireless connection from printer to my laptop. I am traveling & am using my phones hotspot. Wasted hours trying to get connection to work.

What a steal! This HP printer works great for my personal home use. It works like a charm and was at an incredibly low price. I nearly bought one twice as much. I replaced an old HP that could hold more paper but I don't print super quantities.

Not an easy setup, took me almost 2 hours of going back and forth between the included manual, the printer, my computer and my phone. Included instructions are so basic, they just assume everyone is tech savvy.

Had to take back came with no start-up cartridges will not Setup without them. Can not buy thru any retailer and google HP number you get - 10 numbers for for Service.

This printer / scanner / copier has been a PAIN from day 1. Sometimes it will print...sometimes it won't. It doesn't like to print PDF files. Scanner worked once, using the HP App., Now, the Scanner won't work. I hate this Printer!!

this type, is not a good printer for older people who are not tech sav. the attempted instillation was long and, in the end, a failure. My 5g service exceeded the 2.7g the printer uses. I am returning it.

This printer does not do 2 sided copying. Does not fax. My old HP printer Officejet 4365 did it all, so I’m disappointed. Print quality and speed are adequate.

Sam's Club ordering was easy, the price was reasonable, delivery was quick. I do not, however, recommend this printer unless the buyer has a degree in computer communications, or maybe a 13 year old [ haha ] to help get it going.
