The printer is fine, not a new one for us. But a re-install after a new home WiFi network was started. Many issues with the HP app failing to allow log ins. Took at least attempts on 3 days to have success and then the app was not helpful for troubleshooting issues. Ended up using HP easy set-up after searching for help on issues to eventually solve the problems and make the printer and laptop work together again.

I've had plenty of great HP products but this one is a dud. No amount of phone calls to HP Support will allow me to print from my PC. I just tried to print from my iPhone, which has been working well and was unable to print. I don't print much but when I do, I need it. Maybe it's just the one I have, but it does not do the job.👎

For what little I got to use this printer I really liked how easy it was to use, however the ink subscription ran out before I could even use the original ink. Now HP is telling me the ink that is in the printer will no longer work so I guess I'll need to go buy ink before tax time. I don't use it often, mainly for taxes and the occasional recite. The original offer when buying this printer was not very forthcoming. That's why only 4 stars.

Do not buy this printer. It failed to print after just 3 months of occasional use. Spent days trying to fix. Finally had my high tec son give it the thumbs down. I guess I expected an HP to work longer! My bad, but never again. Recomend buying a Cannon instead!

Printer goes offline for no reason way too often. Since enabling HP-AI, it takes forever for the printer to actually print anything. It is very slow so I disabled Even to get the SCAN window to open takes forever now. HP-AI. Not completely happy with all this "new" technology you've added since my last HP printer.

it's connection to your Internet will last about 3 1/2 days after which if you don't plug it, it will take two hours to get it running to print something. It just keeps disconnecting from your computer. I ended up throwing it in the garbage don't buy it.

So far this printer has worked its way into our daily routine. Was easy to set up. Already purchased a backup ink, for future use with this printer. The pricing is great as well, because it is being used for Home and not for Business related purposes.

the best printer I've ever bought was a cannon all in one it lasted me for about 8 years until the software could not be updated anymore. So I bought h p's at a cheaper value and they performed miserably. Hard to install updates, they were poorly made. but I'm more than pleased I have right now and for the time. that I've had this new printer

We retired our old HP printer after many years of faithful service, and chose another HP printer because we expected the same user-friendly interface and steady, reliable printing. We are disappointed. We will select a two sided print and it will lose the other side, on occasion. We will request 10 copies and it will print 3. It will print half a page and then quit. Not satisfied at all.

I like this printer, simple, has everything. I like the fact I don't need to leave my house to get ink, it comes by it self by mail, the right one. The printer has fax, scanner, etc. simple but do the job. The software is nice and easy, I use my phone to print wireless
