Had trouble connecting to a new HP laptop. Had to get professional help. I signed up for free ink, discovered after 50 pages could not use the cartridge, they were fixed so I couldn't use them, even though they were still full. I canceled the subscription, and was told they would be deactivated after a certain date. And these are supposed to be free? And they want them returned! Again I say supposed to be free!

I will never buy another HP product. Takes almost 45 minutes to get ONE apiece of paper printed that is not sideways, half off the page, jammed. Goes through 10-12 pieces of paper to get one half decent piece printed. But this seems fine with HP because it uses up all the ink then I have to get more.

I use the printer then try a couple days later and I struggle to get it to work. Shows its connected but won't print, makes me go check front panel ( nothing wrong). Then sometimes I have a flashing light on the info button and when I push that it sometimes prints what I wanted and other times the printer info sheet comes out. Sometimes the errors jam my phone so I have to power it off. I love the printing when it works but the operation and time consuming I hate.

The printer is good, but the instant ink programme is a pain in the neck! It's a struggle to unsubscribe and it keeps on blocking my printer. Even with a cartridge of my own, it's still bugging me to resubscribe!! This is the last time ever I will buy HP

I'm happy with the quality of printing and scanning, but I'm approval with ink and don't like that. The printer comes with a monthly ink bill. I don't use nearly the amount of ink I receive and the printer just raises the monthly bill on its own. I regret having bought an HP now.

This printer has been giving me issues from the beginning. I couldn't return it, but it has errors saying print failed although it printed. It says paper jam although there is no paper jam. It is totally s pain, but all I could afford at the time and needed a replacement. I would never recommend this printer to anyone.

It is a nice printer but sometimes is hard to add paper. It cannot hold a lot of paper and sometimes the paper gets caught on a corner and the paper gets a crinkle there. Also, having to wait a little longer for the print job to spool from the computer to the printer isn't bad, but it sometimes doesn't print all of the print job. Patience is important. Otherwise, copying and scanning is fine.

This printer lacks capabilities of my last printer such as automatic printing on both sides of a sheet of paper. In addition, the HP instant ink program is a huge ripoff that I'm sorry I signed up for and have dropped. I don't expect this printer to last long—it seems very cheap. When it goes, my next printer will not be an HP printer

Having a hard time connecting to blue tooth. IT not able to connect as well. Not user friendly. Can print a test page. I purchase the laptop at the same time. It came with viruses. Because when I finally opened it to set it up... I was not able to return.😒😒🙄😬

Setup was a breeze for a wireless connection to my Mac network. I've never had a freeze or disconnect even after leaving it idle for days / weeks, which is remarkable in my experience. Print quality is good but not great - but better than I would expect for a low-cost unit like this. Scan quality is poor but again you're getting what you pay for. And I love HP's pay for print model since this is a sporadically used device. Well done HP!
