It is an excellent Printer and I replaced my previous model to upgrade my systems to my home. It uses extra large in cartridges that are more efficient. I provides security hookups for all my computers and phones.

it prints fine when it stays connected to my network - I've had to reset several times. If I'm printing and run out of paper I need to shutdown to get it to start again.

I’ve spent so much time trying to figure out how to get my color printer to print in color from my air book. It gives me an option to print in color from my phone but not my computer. I was about to just toss it.

The set up was super easy with a downloadable app. It connected to my network seamlessly. The paper , ink were super straightforward. I really like the instant ink program. My use is about 10 pages monthly and this seems like a perfect fit

The Printer does not state that you need a certain MAC operating system. My current OS does not work with this printer. Very frustrating.

Hook up not that easy and instructionns not detailed. Never got it hooked up and returned it to the store the same day as i purchased it!

This printer was too small to suit my needs so I retuned it. Nothing wrong with it , just didn't fit my printing needs

I will, say if you are as old as I am please get someone, like five year old to teache you how to use it. They will have the patience. Smile

Said it was for windows 11 but can not get it to print. Keeps saying something about window defender will take back roe refund

Not an easy setup, took me almost 2 hours of going back and forth between the included manual, the printer, my computer and my phone. Included instructions are so basic, they just assume everyone is tech savvy.
