So far the printer has met all my printing needs. Helpful Customer Support when I had issues with the first set of ink running out due to a large volume of printing needed.

Good printer for the price, reliable and easy to set up.

It was more difficult to set up than anticipated. I had to have help to accomplish it.

The only problem I have had, is the document feeder pulling the pages through crooked.

Horrible printer. Also, it redacts legal documents, which I discovered when it allowed me to print about 5 documents before it lost the WiFi connection, which I have tried for 2 days to get back with no luck. Without WiFi it will not print. You have to manually flip the paper over to print on both sides. I have an Epson printer that's over 10 years old that automatically prints and scans on both sides. This printer is from the dark ages. Don't waste your money if you want a serious printer. I am returning.

I’ve only used it twice but so far, so good. I haven’t tried all of the options (scanning or printing from my phone) but connecting everything was fairly simple. I’m looking forward to the ink subscription. I don’t print many copies but it’s a pain when you run out of ink at inconvenient times.
