The only problem I have had, is the document feeder pulling the pages through crooked.

It is very difficult to connect it to my wifi!!!

I purchased this printer and have struggled to set it up. I cannot get it to connect with my computer. I regret the purchase!

I have had a terrible time trying to set up my pc and my iphone to print to this printer. My son and I have spent hours trying to make this work

Has basic features, does not print on both sides, holds about 50 sheets of paper. Print quality is excellent, speed OK, ink cartridges run out fairly quick.

Printer does not print acceptable copies when directed to black and white or black and white draft. All trouble shooting and print alignment procedures fid not solve pronlem.

Unable to keep the printer installed on my computer and it's difficult to find it listed. 4200 series isn't working and 4255e isn't listed nor does it update on my computer.

if you follow the instructions, the software will not load. The unit does not hold very much paper and what little it does hold gets jammed often I would not recommend getting this printer

2 printers in less than 2 years, neither one would work when I needed it, online it's says my printer is offline at home it says online, im done with HP, I purchased an Epson which works perfectly everytime.
