I have been an instant ink customer for many years! The different plans & flexiabliity to change them works great for me. I print alot! The highest plan & I never run out of ink!

Love the printer quality but not easy to connect to WiFi and any necessary device if you change providers. Not made for a larger printing job. Only holds a few sheets of paper.

Easy set up. A very good price on the 2 printers I purchased. And the first printers I have purchased I can print at another location. Prints fast and a good copy.

Well getting a new printer was fast and efficient but it does the same thing my last printer did. When you print more than 1 page goes through which sucks because I got a new one because of this problem

Usually a printer is easily set up, this one was not. I used my last printer for 14 years. This one will not work after 3 months. I'm real sorry I bought it.

It was easy to set up and get working but I didn't get 6 months of free ink that would be nice but I had to pay for a subscription that gives me more paper than ink

How you make a person purchase a subscription to you a printer that is crazy that's why I return the printer and got a different printer that's working amazingly for cheaper price and no subscription fees to use the printer.

Design is nice. Concept of abilities is nice. I may not have the best internet service, but it literally takes more time to connect correctly than it would for me to hand write copies in calligraphy with a quill.

It won't stay connected to the wifi and rarely to being totally unable to connect. I'm paying each month to make copies which is less than 5 a month. I'm done with this product. The App is not useful.

the paper always jam in the charger I have to pull out the paper and replace it for the rest it sem ok so far zfirst time i have a deception whit HP printer
