Coming from the 2700 series this new upgrade is fantastic. The 4255e efficient and worth the money. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

In the short time we have had this printer, it is a big improvement over the 15-yr old HP it replaced.

Ridiculously difficult to change wireless connection from printer to my laptop. I am traveling & am using my phones hotspot. Wasted hours trying to get connection to work.

this type, is not a good printer for older people who are not tech sav. the attempted instillation was long and, in the end, a failure. My 5g service exceeded the 2.7g the printer uses. I am returning it.

To be friendly use. Not to have to open the desk top computer in order to make sure the printer is ready. I had a printer that I was used to send staff to the printer from my phone without any more steps.

My previous HP printer was never a problem. I upgraded and I regret it every time I need to use it. There is always a connection problem or error of some kind. If I hadn't gifted the old printer I'd send this one back.

I've had this for a little bit now. So far, I like it a lot. it's very convenient to randomly print something from the phone. However, I once forgot to put down the tray and had a paper jam. I got a message on my phone that it jammed. Pulling the crinkled paper out was easy. Then, it automatically went into printing the pages where it jammed. Nice.

Being a complete novice, connecting was an original ‘trip’. Never done this before and really wrestled with instructions, password sign-ins. Once I got that adventure, I have enjoyed being able to direct print from the desk in the other room. I even replaced the ink (already) without a problem. Guess I’m doing okay as the general use of this printer is enough for this 75 year old ‘old school’ grandma.

The printer itself is lovely. It's the fact that I have to pay a monthly fee to use it that is the problem. It's a little bit like robbery. I pay you for the printer and then you regulate how many pages I can print each month. It's giving scam. Very disappointing.

This doesn’t make sense. Why am I paying for a physical product, but can’t use it unless I pay for a subscription??? I have ink and am getting charged monthly. When I try to cancel its almost impossible and when I finally get to the point where I cancel, i can’t because my ink will suddenly stop working! This is a joke and robbery.
