[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of Downy April Fresh fabric softner along with my Tide Pods purchase. I used it exactly as directed and when I went to remove my clothes from my washer, the softner had not dissolved in the water and was stuck to some of my clothes. The way in which it was stuck cannot be described as anything else other than snot-looking. I did an extra rinse and spin thinking that would help...NOPE! I had to rewash the clothes TWO MORE TIMES! I've always loved the P&G product line and have never had an issue with their products. However, I will NOT be buying Downy fabric softner. Thankfully I didn't pay for this sample or I would be even more irate!

Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Conditioner is no exception. My clothes feel super soft and look bright and clean and my towels and sheets are cozy and snuggly. Nothing says freshly washed laundry like that fresh, lightly floral scent -- I swear by this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an office job, so for the most part, my clothes don’t get that dirty, which means getting my clothes clean isn’t an issue. What is important is freshness, softness and keeping them looking new longer. These things don’t come from a detergent, they come from a fabric softener, and Downey is top-notch. The light scent lasts, clothes are soft, sweaters hold their shape, no static in the winter, which is big. It’s thick- not watery like some bargain brands.

I miss the old scent. This new formula that has been out for a while is too strong. I open my washer after doing a load of laundry and the smell literally smacks me in the face when I open the door. I shouldn’t be choking on fumes from my bedding when trying to sleep because the fabric softener is too overpowering. On a side note— as other reviewers have mentioned, my one star review is changed to a four star review after selecting “preview” before posting.

Ever since I was a kid my mom never used anything else. Now that I'm older I only use Downy when I wash. But now they have this concentrated "ultra" I'm in love. Smells so good, and my boys love how soft and snuggly their clothes feel. Wouldn't use any other brand. And although I used it for so long, Influenster sent me this neat deluxe sample. Love it.

Really makes clothes come out soft. Scents can be really tough to get right for laundry and this hits the nail on the head! It actually makes laundry more enjoyable to be able to soak up this smell!

It did not let me down! Even the bottle smelled amazing and made my laundry room smell great too! The fabric conditioner did it's job and left my clothes soft, static free and beautifully scented. I used the product on my load of laundry last week and today the clothes still smell fresh! I would definitely recommend this product and would buy it to use on an ongoing basis.

I have always been a loyal Downy user, so I was extremely excited when I received my free sample from Influenster for testing & review. I love the scent, my clothes look & feel great & really hold their shape. Downy really does work! I'll be a continued customer for sure!

Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer left my clothes soft, with noticeably less static and wrinkles. I LOVE the smell of clean laundry and let me tell you, this definitely leaves your clothes smelling clean and fresh, even when you forget about them. Personally I wish it smelled just a tad stronger just due to my preferences. Great product, would recommend trying this product if you are a busy parent like me.

As far as I can remember ever since childhood I can smell downy and brings back good old days memories. Now as a parent, this product gives me great result with smooth and soft clothes plus it does really smells good same as before. It has a great value for the money and can make dozens of clothes smells good 😊
