I don't know if I can say this but what an awesome deal from the price that I used to pay at Meijer's oh no I'm done buying my softener and soap at Meijer Sam's Club's got the best and the pods all they're awesome for cleaning your clothes my cousin told me that she really loves the pods and the powder so I had to give him a try and I'm going to tell you I'm definitely a customer from from now on and the softener what a good deal you can't beat it

The smell on this one is ok but i rather have the original smell because after wash you can still smell the softner but the smell on this one really dont smell after the wash and its doesnt make the clothes as soft.

Deceptive Packaging: More Loads, Less Product

I have been using this Fabric Softener for quite some time, and I was really disappointed with my recent purchase. When I compared it with the older version, I noticed a significant difference. The previous packaging had 170 fl. oz. with 251 loads. However, this time, I felt cheated. Although the new packaging claims to offer 257 medium loads, it contains only 150 fl. oz. The “new packaging” seems to be nothing more than a deception and an excuse to give us less product for the same price. It’s frustrating to see a trusted brand cut corners like this, and I expected better value and honesty.

We can assure you that a lot of thought goes into our products, and it may be helpful know that in 2023, we concentrated the existing formula to deliver more softness and more freshness per dose. The caps remain the same size but there is a "boost" in performance because the concentrated formula moves the recommended amount from bar 1 (approximately 25ml) to just below bar 1 (approximately 22ml). This was done to support households that have larger load sizes but with washing machines that have small dosing drawers. To enable a more concentrated formula, product bottle sizes had to change. Lied about sale price!

Sams said it was on sale when it was actually 20 oz less in the bottle. I thought the bottle looked smaller and when I got home and put it beside my almost empty bottle it was considerably smaller and 20 oz less. That is not on sale!
