We understand your frustration, and would like to share that this may happen if the product is stored or exposed to extreme temperatures. We&#39;re happy to share that the product is still safe to use, and If you would like to use it, we recommend mixing a cupful of product with ½ cup warm water until blended. This mixture will be for 3 medium loads so be careful not to use it all in one load. If it still does not mix easily with these measurements or is beyond its shelf life we do not recommend using the product anymore. <br /><br />We would like to make a full report to our quality team, as well as determine how we can make this right.
