Which was perfect timing since today was wash day and I had one more load of laundry to do and the toughest one yet. Pillows. I have the unfortunate luck to have my significant other to be a total sweatball at night meaning come morning time the pillowcase and all is soaked and of course reeks of sweat. I always need to have some sort of deodorizing agent to combat the smell. I always have to put a scoop of baking soda kind and a scoop of liquor detergent. Right away I noticed the powerful smell of the Downy. Wow. Definitely more powerful than the other fabric softener I buy. I put it in with the load of pillows and left it out on the line to air dry after it was done. Definitely smell great on the line as well. Can't wait to see if the smell lasts because for me that truly the test... It s been a week and the pillows still smell great. Definitely a product to keep in my pantry! Lasted a lot longer and stronger than my usual brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enojo y using downy and this product is by far the best I’ve tried . The fragrance is nice and not overpowering. My clothes hold the fragrance from wash to wash which is something that I enjoy and they feel a bit softer than before I started using it.

I received a sample from influenster for testing purposes. Although the quality of the product was great, I didn't like the smell. I would try again in a different fragrance. When paired with Downy unstoppables, it made the April fresh smell better. This opinion is my own even though I received this product free

4 stars for the amazing scent. It smells like a fresh clean clothes smell and both me and my fiance love to use this scent for clothes, the only issue I have with it is that it doesn't hold the scent on the clothing as well as the scent beads seem to do. It does do a good job of keeping our wash items soft. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ultra DOWNY April Fresh leaves my clothes and sheets super soft. I use it in my top loading washing machine and it protects my clothing and never stains it or leaves any residue. The smell is very nice and lasts noticeably long on my sheets and blankets. The downy bottle is a great value for the price!

I am so happy Downy April Fresh smells as it did when I was a child again. I'm in my forties, by the way. For a while there, when the scent of the Downy April Fresh had initially been changed, it didn't smell like the Downy I grew up with. It smelled more like rotten fruit punch, than April Fresh, so I stopped buying it. Now it smells like the April Fresh I use to know and love. I am back to buying it again, and my clothes come out smelling wonderful and feeling nice whether I use my dryer or line dry. Although I will admit, April Fresh and line drying is the freshest scent ever!!! Thank you for making it smell the way it use to again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to really love Downy fabric softener, but my family is very sensitive to added chemicals to laundry. I'm noticing that this formula tends to leave a residue on clothing. I'm not sure if it's more than it has been in the past, but I found it very noticeable, like an almost greasy feeling. The scent is nice though. I'm wishing that the was a more natural alternative to fabric softener that didn't feel like I was just layering chemicals onto my clothes—and into the wash water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It Smells great ands makes the clothes so soft! Its a great addition to washing your clothes. There is never a need to add a fabric sheet in the dryer as you just add the liquid to the wash. Great product. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the Ultra Downy April Fresh fabric softener is awesome! It left my laundry super soft. It has a strong scent, but it's not too overpowering. I could still smell it on my clothes days after I washed them which was nice.

When I first opened the box, I was struck square in the face by the wonderful fresh scent that filled the air. I could not wait to get it home and try it out. After several loads, of laundry, I was extremely impressed by how soft it made my old towels! They also smelled so clean and no longer had that dingy, muskie laundry aroma that they had had before. I was next excited to try the Downy fabric conditioner on one of my plush blankets. It came out so soft! With no little beads of lint! I am super excited to try it on my different articles of clothing. And I can't wait to purchase my next bottle of Downy fabric conditioner!!
