[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never used a liquid fabric softener before so I really didn’t know what to expect but I honestly wasn’t expecting much. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! For starters, my clothes smelled so fresh and the fragrance was not overwhelming. My clothes actually felt softer as well, especially the towels. I also noticed that it did prevent static as well. I did not notice any difference in wrinkle reduction, pilling and fuzz, or color protection. I honestly wasn’t checking for those issues and it may just be too soon to tell. The only issue I had was that, with my washer, I had to use the Downy ball. The ball did not always drain properly but that was not an issue with the fabric softener itself.

I have always used snuggle for a fabric softener on my clothes and was very happy with the results, i was given downy to try for free but this review is my own opinion. When I opened the bottle the smell was so pleasant , once i used it on my clothes I noticed they were softer my clothes looked brighter and they smelled great! I was really pleased with this product and i think I would use it in the future.

They did have the April fresh pink top downy... So what the heck I gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised! It's not too flowery smelling which I was afraid of. It smelt my whole house up and everyone who came in wanted to know what it was. I thought I was going to have to beat them off with a stick once the laundry was done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer is delightful. It is very easy to add to your HE washer. Just add to your detergent and your done. Your clothes come out very soft and smelling wonderfully fresh, like a Spring Day. Best of all, they hold that fresh smell days to weeks after the wash. When you put your clothes on in the morning, it will bring a smile to your face.

It smells great, makes your clothes soft, and it reduces or eliminates static cling. You don't have to use a whole lot so the bottle lasts a good while. Compared to other brands I have tried, I always come back to Downy. It is a brand i trust.

I love this stuff so much. It makes my clothes smell so good and feel so soft. Downy is always the trusted brand I go to when I buy fabric softener and the April Fresh is top of my list. Its scent is very light to me. Not to heavy, which is great cause I don't like heavy scents. And the price is very fair. Its always on sale somewhere. And you can find coupons all the time for it also. I highly recommend this for everyone.

This is by far my favorite fabric softner, it smells good, and makes my clothes feel soft after every rinse , I normally use tide pods with softer inside, but it doesn't give my clothes that extra fresh that I need after I rinse but the downy definitely does the job

From the moment when I first opened the bottle to take a test sniff, to the last drop that I could get out of the bottle, I enjoyed it. My clothes are so soft, and everything has smelled good for days! My old fabric softener didn't smell this good for this long. I think I'll be trading up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy has quite a few claims regarding the benefits: Softens, freshens, reduces wrinkles, reduces fuzz and pills, prevents static, keeps colors bright. On some it is hard to tell if makes a substantial difference but it seems to work. I washed a sweater recently that previously came back from the cleaners a touch faded and a little pilly. The next time I washed it myself and used Downy. It looked good after the wash. I was afraid it would further fade or pill more but it did not and if anything looked a little better. In general, the reduced static and fresh scent are very noticeable benefits. While hard to tell if there are less wrinkles, and reduced fuzz and pills, I am not noticing wrinkles and fuzz/pilling problems so it is difficult to argue that it does not work. For the more obvious benefits alone it is worth it. A little goes a long was as opposed to some of the cheaper fabric softeners out there and if you get some of the other benefits over time it is an added bonus.
