[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy is usually one of my go to fabric softeners and like the other scents this one does not disappoint. The scent is very pleasant and not too strong, it lasts for weeks too. I like the consistency of the softner It isn't too runny.It leaves clothes, blanket and towels super soft and static free. I noticed compared to other softeners there is less wrinkling after being dried, which is another plus! Definetly would recommend to anyone and will continue to use for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!!! I absolutely love love this fabric softener. It left my clothes so extra soft! Let me tell you about the snell, it is FABULOUS! It has lasted on my clothes going on 4 weeks!! Yes I said FOUR WEEKS! It reminds me just like the name, as if I were in a field of flowers after a morning rain. I'm not joking, I will NEVER go back to my previous softener. My clothes came out so soft that even my jeans were softer. I have recommended Downey April soft to all my friends and family. You won't be disappointed, I can promise that!! I loved it so much I washed ALL my blankets in it, even though they were already clean!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never been much of one to use fabric softener or add-ins in my laundry. I was ready to try some though to help make my bedding, sheets and quilts softer. The Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer smells clean and fresh. My quilt does feel softer and I hope it continues to get softer and softer after each use. I would like to see Downy make more natural enhancers, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. If you want your quilts softer and fresher then this is the stuff for you!

I've been a faithful Downy user for more then 35 years and have always loved this product. Yesterday I opened a new bottle and was overwhelmed with the floral scent. I thought I had incorrectly purchased a scent other then original April Fresh Downy, but no I hadn't. Why has the scent changed? It still performs great on static, softness, and wrinkles, but the scent is so overbearing I'm unable to wear clothes that have been rinsed in it. Please bring back the tried and true original April Fresh scent we all have loved for years... From the reviews its very apparent I'm not the only one that feels this way. Let's hope P & G hears our pleas and brings back the scent we've all known and loved for decades. I'll keep checking reviews in the hope that the original scent returns, but until it does I won't be purchasing Downy again. So disappointed to say goodbye to a favorite product I've loved for years.

I have always been a believer in dryer sheets, it's what my mom used when I was growing up and it's what I've used for over 20 years. A few times over the years I've thought about trying liquid but I always worried it would be messy or that I'd forget to put it in the wash. I was really happy to receive this sample to try and started using it the next time I did laundry. What I noticed right away was the smell and how wonderful it was, not too heavy but very pleasant. I was also surprised to discover that it wasn't messy at all, the liquid softener is nice and thick so it pours without making a mess! And I really didn't need to worry about forgetting the softener, I just stored it right next to my detergent and found it easy and quick to add in before starting the wash. I've now used it in four loads of laundry and I love how fresh our clothes smell and I definitely notice the difference in the lack of static vs when I use a dryer sheet. We live in the high desert so it's very dry here and sometimes I need to add in 2 dryer sheets on large loads of laundry to remove all the static but this wasn't a problem for the Downy liquid. Overall I was very impressed and will be switching, after all these years, to Downy Liquid Softener!! I received a free sample bottle of Downy's April Fresh Liquid Fabric Softener from Influenster, this in no way influenced my opinion of the product.

I absolutely loved my free sample of downy. It has a long lasting smell on clothing which is awesome. I like that it made my blankets and my clothes nice and fresh feeling and also smelling good. I had many compliments and will definitely buy more downy products in the future. I tested this product for free but all opinions are my own.

PLEASE RETURN THE ORIGANAL SCENT BACK TO APRIL FRESH THE NEW SCENT SMELLS NOTHING LIKE THE OLD SCENT AND IS A VERY HARSH SCENT, IM A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS. WHEN I PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT I BUY OUT THE WHOLE SHELVE OF THEM . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD SCENT!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Downy brand is my absolute favorite! It keeps my clothes smelling fresh for a long time. Downy also does a great job with keeping my daughter's uniforms fresh and that's not an easy task!! My 14 year old daughter plays soccer and runs track and is also a teenager and keeping her clothes fresh is something only the Downy brand can do!! Our clothes are always soft, fresh and free of static when I use Downy.
