It's not my 1st rodeo w/Downy! I've use it since I was around 13,my mom uses it,my sisters use it,and I use it. I hope in the future my own daughter uses this as well! You can say it has been int he family for generations, and it has never let me down. FTC: I got this product complimentary for testing purposes, but all opinions are my own!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this fabric softener. It made my towels and sheets incredibly soft and they smelled great. My only complaint is that the smell directly from the bottle is a little pungent and chemical heavy. I thought it was going to make my clothes smell bad based on the initial smell but in reality it is much softer and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this product if you are a fan of soft towels and sheets.

I love the old April Fresh Downy. Ever since the company made it concentrated it’s no where the same. You think it would be better but it’s not. I don’t buy it anymore. I wish I had thought to have done this review a long time ago so the company might would’ve switched Bach.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Downy for a few loads to ensure I was able to give an honeat, educated review. Every load resulted in fewer wrinkles and softer clothing that smelled wonderful. The scent lasts for some time as we are using towels right now that were washed 2 weeks ago using the Downy.

I LOVE Downy April Fresh fabric softener. My mom used this when I was younger, and I use it in my household today. Not only does it make my family's clothes soft, but it makes them smell so fresh and clean! I have been using Downy softener for years, and will not switch.

The product is thick and clumpy. I diluted it with water when I used it but it was hard to mix. When I put the cap back on the bottle it oozed out of the bottle, making a mess. I do not care for the fragrance. Based on other reviews I have read this is a common occurrence. I am throwing the rest of the bottle away and trying a different product...no more Downy for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer. I usually use the laundry detergent with this added, but tried it seperately this time, and still love the results. Clothes come out soft with a long lasting scent. Easy to pour, no mess and perfect size for storing. I will continue to use and recommend to friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a while since I used a liquid fabric softener. I had forgotten how great of a product the Downy fabric softener really is. It makes everything smell so fresh and feels so soft. Easy to use and a great value. The smell really takes me back to memories of the freshest smelling laundry from when I was a kid.

The new scent of Downy April Fresh is unpleasant. The original scent was remarkable and recognizable. Everyone remarked on how fresh my laundry room and laundry smelled. Sadly I am in search of a substitute and disposed of the bottle I just purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew that the real test for this product would be to see how it works on my gym clothes. I was not disappointed. I work out 4-5 days a week, and I rotate between two t-shirts and two pairs of pants. I have used these clothes for over a year and a half, and I began to notice that even after washing (and using a different fabric softener), that my clothes were starting to retain that sweaty, stinky smell. I was just about ready to trash them when I decided to try the Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer. The scent in the bottle is not overpowering, and I didn't need to use as much as I suspected. My stinky old gym clothes now smell fresh, and dare I say, NEW! I'm very pleased! The scent after washing is even lighter than in the bottle, and to me, it smells fresh. Another thing I noticed is that there seemed to be less lint in the lint trap, which is definitely a good thing. My only complaint (and it's minor) is that the fill lines inside the cap are a bit difficult to see.
