I'm very bad about running out of liquid fabric softener and taking forever to get some more. By then, I remember all the reasons why I love Downy's April Fresh softeners! My clothes are always super soft and smell sooooo good! Works great in my HE washer, too!

Adding this product to my laundry made a real difference. Not only an even fresher sent but the fabric felt SO soft! I will stay loyal to using this product from now on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer is great. It really adds in helping to combat static electricity, especially this time of the year. The smell is a great kick start to the summer months and clothes smell fresh as they are hung out to dry or thrown into the dryer itself. This is a product that I would recommend to family and friends.

Writing these reviews makes me realize I am a total creature of habit. Once I like a product, I tend to keep using it. I don't usually buy another product unless something happens to the current product that I use. I guess that's why I like influenster so much. They help me try products that I normally wouldn't try. Not sure anybody could convince me though to change from Downey fabrics softener. This is my favorite fabric softener. It smells so good and makes my clothes so soft. I would be hard pressed to change. Something would have to really impress me.

I love the smell of clean clothes! When I am at work, my coworkers will always comment on how great my clothes smell!

After using Downy’s April fresh fabric softener I have changed my outlook. The soft scent gives my clothes a subtle hint of fresh smell and they are so soft to the touch! I will be using this product from now on.

I've been a faithful Downy user for more then 35 years and have always loved this product. Yesterday I opened a new bottle and was overwhelmed with the floral scent. I thought I had incorrectly purchased a scent other then original April Fresh Downy, but no I hadn't. Why has the scent changed? It still performs great on static, softness, and wrinkles, but the scent is so overbearing I'm unable to wear clothes that have been rinsed in it. Please bring back the tried and true original April Fresh scent we all have loved for years... From the reviews its very apparent I'm not the only one that feels this way. Let's hope P & G hears our pleas and brings back the scent we've all known and loved for decades. I'll keep checking reviews in the hope that the original scent returns, but until it does I won't be purchasing Downy again. So disappointed to say goodbye to a favorite product I've loved for years.

Downy has been my go to product. The smell, softness and control of static cling had been dependable. I recently been noticing static cling on my clothes that caused me to notice the fresh smell was not as pronounced (I could almost live with this). But having my clothes cling to me, no way. You Downy have thinned. Downy has tried to pull the rug over our eyes. I AM BUYING WATER? and in turn am flushing my $$ down the drain, because this product no longer works. Be the product we have trusted for decades. Your customers are smart and we have chosen to buy a quality product because we knew it worked, at times spending a little more then on a product that did not work as well. Now it doesn't, and you have tried to fool us the consumer. Shame on you! If you had improved your product you would have announced it in Bold letter on your packaging. When you thin your product do you announce NOT SO IMPROVED, WATER ADDED! NO. Bring the old Downy back. Keep your life long Downy user.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the scent so much. It really makes if feel like spring even inside in the basement. It's as if you were walking next to a little garden shop and the wind caught the scent and it flowed to you.

I am so happy Downy April Fresh smells as it did when I was a child again. I'm in my forties, by the way. For a while there, when the scent of the Downy April Fresh had initially been changed, it didn't smell like the Downy I grew up with. It smelled more like rotten fruit punch, than April Fresh, so I stopped buying it. Now it smells like the April Fresh I use to know and love. I am back to buying it again, and my clothes come out smelling wonderful and feeling nice whether I use my dryer or line dry. Although I will admit, April Fresh and line drying is the freshest scent ever!!! Thank you for making it smell the way it use to again.
