The revised scent of April Fresh Downy has a very chemical smell and is nothing like the original scent. Very disappointed, especially after growing up with this softener and raising my family with it. Both of my grown daughters are disappointed as well. We will be looking at products other than Procter and Gamble. Please bring back the original April Fresh scent!

While I love the smell of this fabric softener I had to stop buying it. I was so disappointed purchase after purchase when I would find that it didn’t last long. Shortly after purchasing the softner would go bad. Get lumpy and chunky and lose its form. While I love April fresh I do not recommend buying this scent. I have stopped buying it. It’s a waste of money.

I decided to stick with the old family favorite of April fresh Downy. I always know when the rinse cycle gets going. The smell from the Downy permeates the entire household. My whole home ends up smelling April Fresh. Also, my husband wanted to know why our towels were SO soft lately. I told him that I went back to using April Fresh Downy. He told me not to skimp on that anymore...it was worth the few dollars!

I love the long lasting smell and feel of my clothing when I use Downy Fabric Softner. It is easy to use and with the cup and no drip push dispenser there is not muss or fuss. I love blanket throws and have them all over my house. Downy leaves them so soft and smelling like they just came out of the dryer. I usually have to fight my cats over newly washed ones as they love the feel of them too.

I am a huge believer of fabric softener in every load! This conditioner is amazing. It not only smells amazing, but it definentaly makes our clothes, blankets, and towels all feel super soft! There is definitely no other option to use other then downy.

We have been using this for 2 weeks, and our clothes have never been softer and the smell is very pleasant. I've tried other products many years ago and once was enough. I can't remember how long I've used downy but 30 years would be my guess. I use liquid in my washer and when I want to freshen pillows I toss a dryer sheet into the dryer and they come out smelling fresh. Thanks for a great product. And with a teenager grandson in my home I could use a new washer and dryer.
