[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy April Fresh has always been my softener for my clothes. I couldn't imagine using anything else. My grandson says it smells like home. I've tried other products many years ago and once was enough. I can't remember how long I've used downy but 30 years would be my guess. I use liquid in my washer and when I want to freshen pillows I toss a dryer sheet into the dryer and they come out smelling fresh. Thanks for a great product. And with a teenager grandson in my home I could use a new washer and dryer.

It's not my 1st rodeo w/Downy! I've use it since I was around 13,my mom uses it,my sisters use it,and I use it. I hope in the future my own daughter uses this as well! This product was sent to me by Influenster and Downy for review. I honestly have never tried downy due to the Rose type smell, but I decided to use it on my clothes, and I must say I was dumbfounded at what I have been missing. It left my clothes nice and soft and the smell filled my room and my laundry room, it just smelled so nice. I would definitely repurchase.

I absolutely love this fabric softener! It is the only scented product I can use without it making me itch all over. I usually use an unscented laundry soap and use this to give it a gentle soft smell. It also does a great job at making your clothes soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few days ago my dryer broke down so I have been hanging clothes on the line to dry. I was going heavy on my normal fabric softener because the first load I air dried was NOT SOFT to say the least. It was almost stiff and crisp! Eventually I ran out of my regular stuff and decided to try April Fresh Downy mostly because April fresh reminded me of Fresh Spring Air. Let me just say....WOW! The smell is literally fantastic! It reminds me of exactly of the way clothes should smell fresh from the line with the crisp spring air! I also found that Downy brand far surpassed my regular brand in softness too! After using the downy, even with my air dried laundry you couldn't even tell they were not fresh from the dryer!!! My clothes smell SO FRESH and SO SOFT!! April fresh as a scent itself is the BEST scent on the market . It reminded me of a cross between fresh linen and waterfalls. I wont be going without Downy April Fresh again, I am so glad I tried it!!

I grew up with it and it still brings me back to my childhood every time I do laundry! I have well water here and it tends to make all my towels and bedding pretty stiff but with Downy I don't have that problem. Everything is fresh and soft and the scent cannot be beaten. I have tried other fabric softeners that I got samples of but always come back to my Downy April Fresh :)

Downy is the best in my opinion. My favorite scent is cool cotton, and it seems to be the longest lasting. I like the idea of the wrinkle inhibiting Downy, but it needs a scent added. Also, why not a version that inhibits pet hair? I'm not that into dryer sheets, but A liquid softener that could inhibit pet hair would be a blessing

I love the scent of this Downy, I will choose it over everything else. It leaves our laundry smelling so good, no static cling at all, It can be expensive. But for us it lasts a while. I do recommend you try it. You won't be disappointed. I just throw it in the washer with my laundry in the Downy ball.

This product, the Downy fabric softener, truly works great. I can even use it on my infant baby girls clothing and bedding with no skin irritation for her. It works very well also for all my clothing, house hold fabrics, begging, etc... It smells very good to top it all off as well!! All in all, great product!
