I wanted to mention first that there is a slight odor to this Members Mark pillow from the Hotel premier collections, I assume this is from the antimicrobial treatment applied to the pillow cover as mentioned on the packaging. It does go unnoticed after a little while. The treatment is to help inhibit growth of odor causing bacteria so that is important, I would think. The cover is removable and washable, so that could be helpful if the odor does not go away fast enough and or still bothers you. The pillow is a little firm right out of the bag but, I am sure like any other pillow, it will soften over time and usage. The cover feels nice, it is incredibly soft but does snag easily. As far as the cooling feature goes, I don’t feel “cool” on this pillow but I don’t have the typical head heat on this pillow either so I think the pillow “absorbs” the heat so you sleep “cooler”, if that makes sense, either way, I like it, and the “cooling” works for me! It is hard for me to find a comfortable pillow, one that does not hurt my neck all night, but I do understand that the mattress condition and firmness/softness of the mattress also plays a factor in the way you sleep on a pillow whether it be new or old. Our mattress is an older pillow top on the softer side, and we are ready for a replacement. I am a side sleeper, I usually sleep with a contoured pillow, however this pillow I found to be very comfortable for me on our current mattress condition, my head seems to be in perfect line with my spine when using this pillow, so my neck isn’t bend up or bent down and I don’t wake up with neck pain as I have with other non-contoured pillow. Overall, this is a lovely pillow for THIS side sleeper and so far, so good with no neck pains!

Overall, this is a great pillow. It is just a little thinner than I personally like. I do like the cooling foam feature, as I am a "hot" sleeper. The best feature in my opinion is the washable cover. This will allow me to wash the cover. This also adds an additional layer of protection to the pillow to keep it clean.

Love them! I have neck problems and cannot sleep on just any pillow. I went to spend the night at my son’s house and had to find out what kind of pillow this was. I went home and replaced all of my pillows with this pillow from Sam’s. I even replaced the ones in my RV.

I normally prefer a contoured memory foam pillow, but since receiving this one I have used it regularly. It does a great job of supporting without being too firm. It has retained its shape very well. It is covered with a very slick fabric which allows the pillow case to come off easily. But that is about the only negative I can think of.

I sleep on my side or stomach and either way this pillow fully supports and is comfortable. No more waking up with a kink in my neck or having to keep adjusting or “bunching up” the pillow a certain way to be comfortable. I have always just used budget type pillows until now and I wish I would have tried this sooner.

This pillow presents as high quality in appearance and performance. It is supportive while still soft enough. The cooling feature is a nice touch. I tend to sleep with multiple pillows in any random placement and this pillow has pleasantly incorporated well with the others in various stacking arrangements. Standard pillow cases easily fit without any stretch or stuffing. This is my second time trying a memory foam pillow and this one is definitely a keeper.

Full transparency, I’ve never been a fan of memory foam pillows. This one, however, has made me rethink my position… Most memory foam pillows to me are way to firm. This one is not. It’s no feather pillow, but it’s not as hard as a lot of memory foam pillows I’ve used. I have neck issues and need good neck support, and this one has honestly done me well. I’ve been sleeping with it for over 2 weeks now. Only 2 down sides. It’s a standard pillow size, not a king. So as you can see in the pictures, it’s literally swimming inside a king size pillow case. Only other qualm with it is the slight chemical smell. It’s not terribly strong at all. But I do with they could figure out a way to make these not with that smell… All that being said, great support, not too firm, nice fit for standard pillow cases. So A+ from me.

The pillow was in excellent packaging and arrived in pristine condition. It is made very well--super soft, yet is very sturdy and the perfect size. The memory foam is soft and feels really great. It offers just the right amount of resistance to provide support without making your head rest too high or too low. Overall, it is a great product. I took one star off because when it was fresh out of the protective plastic packaging it had a definite chemical odor. We let it air out in another room for a couple of days before using it and it was fine.

This is a wonderful pillow if you want firm support. It is not too stif to where your head is too high but it does not go flat like some pillows do. It states that it is cool and so far my head has not gotten hot during the night. I have gotten a good nights sleep every night for 2 weeks now. Give this one a try, you’ll regret your decision.
