I wanted to mention first that there is a slight odor to this Members Mark pillow from the Hotel premier collections, I assume this is from the antimicrobial treatment applied to the pillow cover as mentioned on the packaging. It does go unnoticed after a little while. The treatment is to help inhibit growth of odor causing bacteria so that is important, I would think. The cover is removable and washable, so that could be helpful if the odor does not go away fast enough and or still bothers you. The pillow is a little firm right out of the bag but, I am sure like any other pillow, it will soften over time and usage. The cover feels nice, it is incredibly soft but does snag easily. As far as the cooling feature goes, I don’t feel “cool” on this pillow but I don’t have the typical head heat on this pillow either so I think the pillow “absorbs” the heat so you sleep “cooler”, if that makes sense, either way, I like it, and the “cooling” works for me! It is hard for me to find a comfortable pillow, one that does not hurt my neck all night, but I do understand that the mattress condition and firmness/softness of the mattress also plays a factor in the way you sleep on a pillow whether it be new or old. Our mattress is an older pillow top on the softer side, and we are ready for a replacement. I am a side sleeper, I usually sleep with a contoured pillow, however this pillow I found to be very comfortable for me on our current mattress condition, my head seems to be in perfect line with my spine when using this pillow, so my neck isn’t bend up or bent down and I don’t wake up with neck pain as I have with other non-contoured pillow. Overall, this is a lovely pillow for THIS side sleeper and so far, so good with no neck pains!

I've been searching and trying so many different memory foam pillows, trying to find one to replace my way-too-old last one, and had all but given up. I'd settled on one that was, I thought, as close to perfect as I was going to be able to find, but it wasn't the greatest and I had started to develop neck pain. I also have extremely sensitive ears to any pressure, and it was pushing the limits on that, as well. I saw this pillow in my local club and felt it, them read reviews online. All I can say is I'm glad I felt it in person or I might not have bought it, based on many people describing it as "firm"! Let me just say, this pillow is NOT firm by memory foam standards at all! But it also keeps it's shape, doesn't go flat, and provides just the right amount of support for my neck and shoulders. I'm a side sleeper. As soon as I laid my head on it the first night, I knew I'd finally found it! So very soft and comfy, I'm pretty sure I said "ahhhh" out loud several times that night. I absolutely LOVE this pillow! please don't ever stop making these!

It’s just too hard for me. I thought I loved it so I kept it. Maybe my head isn’t heavy enough to sink in. It’s better when used in a side sleeping position than back position. I have painful neck muscles and the tendons snap and crack, and no dr has been able to identify why or help me fix it. This may not be the right pillow for you if you have any serious neck issues.

This is a wonderful pillow if you want firm support. It is not too stif to where your head is too high but it does not go flat like some pillows do. It states that it is cool and so far my head has not gotten hot during the night. I have gotten a good nights sleep every night for 2 weeks now. Give this one a try, you’ll regret your decision.

Overall, this is a great pillow. It is just a little thinner than I personally like. I do like the cooling foam feature, as I am a "hot" sleeper. The best feature in my opinion is the washable cover. This will allow me to wash the cover. This also adds an additional layer of protection to the pillow to keep it clean.

I paid more for this pillow but it has been worth it. Normally, my neck and head are damp with sweat with my other pillow, But this members, Mark Hotel premier collection cooling pillow I don’t have that problem. I have also noticed an improvement on my stiff neck and sore shoulders after waking up with this pillow. I can recommend spending a little extra for this very nice pillow.

This pillow is super soft to sleep on, yet it does not go flat when you sleep on it. The outside of the pillow is super slick and is hard for a polyester blend pillow case to stay on it. You would want a cotton pillowcase on it. Sleeps great, no disappointments.

I wanted to love these pillows but I just couldn't. They are a nice weight and have a nice fluff to them BUT…. These pillows are so slick and slippery. The fabric is terrible and it slips around all night. I spent half my nights chasing it back into my pillow covers because it kept falling out. I even took my pillow covers off and had the same issue. Very disappointing as these seemed to be better pillows. This past week I have had terrible sleep and I woke up always readjusting these as they slowly slid around under me. If they change the cover material, these could be great.

This is made of memory foam. It’s soft when I compared with other gel foam pillows to an extent that it sinks. The clothe cover is nice and soft with zip, to take out the foam n wash. This zip is convenient. Overall the quality of cover is good and nicely stitched. Pillow as such when in use smells of chemical. The pillow is not hard. I feel my head is sinking and leveling to ground.

This is my first memory foam pillow. The pillow itself, is firm and heavy, yet soft to lay on. I find the pillow very comfortable for back and side sleeping. It is supportive of my head and neck. With traditional type pillows, I was always switching up depending on my sleeping position. I would also crunch up pillows under my neck for support. I dont do that with this memory foam pillow. Nor have I needed to switch up to a different pillow. I find myself sleeping through the night without tossing and turning and without neck pain. The pillow does have a cooling effect to it. I have not had to flip it to find a cool side, as I have with traditional pillow types. The thickness of the pillow is just right. It is not too thick nor too thin. The removable and washable zippered cover is a added plus for the pillow. I did purchase online two of these, King size, sight unseen and am very pleased with my purchase.
