I have been sleeping on this pillow for a month now. I honestly have no complaints about it. It has a great balance between firmness for support and softness for comfort. I would like it to be a bit larger so it fits my pillow cases better and covers the whole half of the bed, but thats just a personal preference. Its not listed as a king size pillow so the size makes sense. Not sure Ive noticed a cooling effect but that could be because of the quality of my pillow case. I also like it has a washable cover to it.

This is a seriously comfy pillow! I use it when I sleep on my side, but not when I sleep on my back. I really like a thinner pillow when I’m on my side, and this is the perfect one for me! I also love that it stays cooler, especially since I have a ceiling fan. I am a hot sleeper, so this has been perfect to keep me from waking up with a sweaty face! It's also really nice though, that if I am running cold, I can just flip it to the other side, and it won't feel so cold anymore! IMO, you pay for what you get, and in this case I think you are getting more than what you pay for! This same pillow, in a furniture store, is easily $100 or more. In that sense, I think this pillow is a really great deal! I would absolutely Recommend it!!

In the beginning I wasn’t fully sure about this, I have never had this kind of pillow. My first week was weird to get used to, but as soon as it settled…OMG, I won’t get any other style anymore, it feels so firm and soft at the same time, cool, lightweight…I am 100% confident I made a big move getting this pillow

I received this pillow for review earlier in the week. It is a medium-density, cooling foam--lots of give, yet firm. It is VERY cooling, even through a cotton pillow case. This pillow is definitely "premium" with it's extra-layer removable (zippered) covering as well as the foam material. I have gotten great night's sleeps with this pillow and definitely recommend.

The Members Mark Hotel Premier Pillow is phenomenal. I've been using it for a few weeks and its extremely comfortable. The height is perfect and maintains the perfect neck position. The fill keeps its position while still being coolong. The cover is very premium. The pillow is as nice if not better than the expensive brands I've bought in the past.

Nice semi-firm foam pillow. Isnt super hard like some. It has a nice,breathable quilted pattern on it. Marked it down to 4 stars because it had a bit of a smell offgassing from it, and needed to place it in storage for a bit to rid of that, otherwise nice purchase.

After using the pillow for a few weeks it seems very comfortable and has held its shape nicely. I’m a stomach sleeper and had a hard time with it as it’s firmer than my feather pillow but my husband is a side and back sleeper and has loved it. It gives him the support he needs without having to use a second pillow which has been nice as two pillows seem too high sometimes.

Nice thickness pillow that keeps its shape. Great headband neck support. The reason for only 4 stars is because the pillow has a chemical odor when first taken out of the package. I left a pillowcase off for a week and the smell was gone. I like how it stays cool because of the cooling foam. It also comes with a zip off washable cover.

I was very excited to try out this pillow. It felt really nice when I’ll lay on it. The issue I had is that I would start feeling uncomforted in my neck and it would wake me up. The pillow would get too thin for me. I had to move the pillow around and then it would feel fine.

I received this Members Mark cooling pillow over a week ago. I opened the packaging and was hit with a strong mix between chemical and musty smell. I know the pillow is new and isn’t actually musty, but that’s what it triggers for me. We haven’t been able to use the pillow yet due to this odor. We’ve purchased cooling pillow from other brands and did not notice this same odor. We’re disappointed because my oldest kid will only use cooling pillows and really needed this new one.
