So glad I found this pillow, “Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection Premium Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow”. It has made a world of difference in my sleep. I have acid reflux and need a firm pillow to keep my head elevated. This pillow has helped tremendously! Only has 2 size options - King & Standard. No Queen unfortunately. Nevertheless, if you are having difficulty sleeping, try this pillow. It does keep your head elevated at a comfortable level and it stays cool. Highly recommend pillow for acid reflux sufferers. Hope my review will help others. Also, I did remove the zippered pillow protective cover, washed it & put it back on. Felt it needed to be refreshed.

I've been trying several different pillows, and the last few have not really been cool. Although they were supposed to be cooling memory gel pillows, this one is cool, stays cool and is firm enough that it doesn't just mush, so that my head starts falling in at an awkward angle so I really like this pillow. It is worth every dollar I paid for it although I will warn you that for the first few days, it does have a kind nasty smell. So if that is going to bother you, I would take it out and leave it out for a few days before you started sleeping on it. The smell should be gone by then.

A friend recommended this pillow and I decided to try it. The pricing was very reason and it turns out to be the best pillow I have ever owned. I’m planning to get a second one.

This is the first pillow I’ve found in ages that doesn’t go flat. I've had neck fusion and this gives me wonderful support sleeping on either my side or back. I wake up with at least 75% fewer severe headaches than from using many other pillows, that were all substantially more expensive than this is. I will be buying at least one more to take with me on vacation.

I've been searching and trying so many different memory foam pillows, trying to find one to replace my way-too-old last one, and had all but given up. I'd settled on one that was, I thought, as close to perfect as I was going to be able to find, but it wasn't the greatest and I had started to develop neck pain. I also have extremely sensitive ears to any pressure, and it was pushing the limits on that, as well. I saw this pillow in my local club and felt it, them read reviews online. All I can say is I'm glad I felt it in person or I might not have bought it, based on many people describing it as "firm"! Let me just say, this pillow is NOT firm by memory foam standards at all! But it also keeps it's shape, doesn't go flat, and provides just the right amount of support for my neck and shoulders. I'm a side sleeper. As soon as I laid my head on it the first night, I knew I'd finally found it! So very soft and comfy, I'm pretty sure I said "ahhhh" out loud several times that night. I absolutely LOVE this pillow! please don't ever stop making these!

This is my first memory foam pillow. The pillow itself, is firm and heavy, yet soft to lay on. I find the pillow very comfortable for back and side sleeping. It is supportive of my head and neck. With traditional type pillows, I was always switching up depending on my sleeping position. I would also crunch up pillows under my neck for support. I dont do that with this memory foam pillow. Nor have I needed to switch up to a different pillow. I find myself sleeping through the night without tossing and turning and without neck pain. The pillow does have a cooling effect to it. I have not had to flip it to find a cool side, as I have with traditional pillow types. The thickness of the pillow is just right. It is not too thick nor too thin. The removable and washable zippered cover is a added plus for the pillow. I did purchase online two of these, King size, sight unseen and am very pleased with my purchase.

I’ve been on the hunt for a pillow like the one my wife has had for years—tried everything from super expensive options to “too good to be true” deals. This one is the closest I’ve found in terms of comfort, and it’s actually a great value. Really happy with it!

The pillow foam still reeks after several weeks and make everything in contact with it also smell like vomit. I wouldn’t wish this pillow on my worst enemy.

This is my first time trying a memory foam pillow, and it has been painful. It feels extremely stiff, even after nearly two months of trying to get used to it. During that time, I had to switch between my old pillow and this new one every couple of days—otherwise, my back would hurt too much to get up for work in the morning. Whenever I switched back to my original pillow, my back felt much more relaxed. I don’t understand why people spend extra money on these; are they trying to train their neck and back muscles while they sleep? But it was just too painful for me, so I gave up. By the way, I usually sleep on my back rather than on my side.

When I think of hotel pillows this one does not come to mind. It is way too thick. Probably perfect for some, but not me. Maybe if I ran over it a few times to crush it down. Ha! But ain't nobody got time for that. I need time for sleep. I thought it was too good to be true based on the price and it was.
