I have been sleeping on this pillow for a month now. I honestly have no complaints about it. It has a great balance between firmness for support and softness for comfort. I would like it to be a bit larger so it fits my pillow cases better and covers the whole half of the bed, but thats just a personal preference. Its not listed as a king size pillow so the size makes sense. Not sure Ive noticed a cooling effect but that could be because of the quality of my pillow case. I also like it has a washable cover to it.

We have purchased a lot of pillows from a lot of stores (including different brands from Sam's Club), and this memory foam pillow is more supportive and seems to wick away heat. And unlike the pillows filled with pieces of foam/memory foam, the support is even across the pillow's length and doesn't sag. We are buying more for each bed and will be donating all our other pillows, be they foam-, memory foam-, or down-filled.

My hunt for the perfect pillow has been going on for years. What makes it tricky is that I need to have a pillow with support, yet I also alternate between sleeping on my back, side, and stomach. I've had a fancy, expensive ($100+) pillow for several years now that's OK. I can use it in all the positions and it has a side with cooling gel, but it's pretty flimsy and lacking any proper, consistent structure. It would be good enough if not for the almost complete lack of support. So, along comes this pillow. Sure, when you take it out of the bag/packaging, it has a slight odor. That lessens fairly quickly. It is quite firm too, and because it's memory foam, it returns back to its original shape whenever removing weight from it. As I tried it out, I specifically wanted to try it on my back, side, and stomach. It's basically not real possible for me to use on my stomach unless I put it under my chest and had my head off of it. So I would say it's not great for stomach sleepers. The first time I tried it on my back, my shoulders hurt afterwards. I had been laying where my head and neck were on it and that was it. I then tried it out where I had my shoulders on the pillow as well, and that worked well. It was pretty good - no pain or soreness afterwards, and my shoulders are heavy enough that they sunk into the pillow to where my neck and head were comfortable. The most comfortable position for me to use this pillow, however, is on my side. It's just about the perfect height so that my head is supported and cushioned, and there's no bend to my neck. Finally, let's talk about the cooling gel. Maybe it's because my previous pillow was so noticeable in how cool its cool side is, but I didn't really notice that this had cooling gel. It can actually trap heat, in my opinion. At this point, I'm still alternating between my old pillow and this one. Will I transition fully away from the old one to this one? I'm not real sure right now. It's a good pillow, and at a really good price. So if you're looking for a good pillow for side sleeping, I'd highly recommend it. Otherwise, it's probably something that each person would have to judge for themselves. Stomach sleepers - steer clear. If you're hoping for a cooling pillow, it may not deliver what you want. Pros: price; good support for side sleeping; memory foam so that it returns to its original shape. Cons: initial odor; a little too firm for my tastes; not good for stomach sleeping; can trap heat. Iffy stuff: potentially good for back sleeping, if you position it right (in my case, my shoulders need to be slightly on it more so that I'm used to).

I've been on the hunt for a pillow like the one my wife has had for years—tried everything from super expensive options to “too good to be true” deals. This one is the closest I've found in terms of comfort, and it's actually a great value. Really happy with it!

In the beginning I wasn’t fully sure about this, I have never had this kind of pillow. My first week was weird to get used to, but as soon as it settled…OMG, I won’t get any other style anymore, it feels so firm and soft at the same time, cool, lightweight…I am 100% confident I made a big move getting this pillow

Unfortunately had to return, felt very hard and uncomfortable, the cover made noise when turning head trying to get comfortable Pillow cover is made cheeply comparing to the previous pillow The previous memory foam pillow came in a nice box with double layer pillowcase protectant This one came in a plastic bag with cheeply made pillowcase protectant, Dissapointed

This is a seriously comfy pillow! I use it when I sleep on my side, but not when I sleep on my back. I really like a thinner pillow when I’m on my side, and this is the perfect one for me! I also love that it stays cooler, especially since I have a ceiling fan. I am a hot sleeper, so this has been perfect to keep me from waking up with a sweaty face! It's also really nice though, that if I am running cold, I can just flip it to the other side, and it won't feel so cold anymore! IMO, you pay for what you get, and in this case I think you are getting more than what you pay for! This same pillow, in a furniture store, is easily $100 or more. In that sense, I think this pillow is a really great deal! I would absolutely Recommend it!!

After using the pillow for a few weeks it seems very comfortable and has held its shape nicely. I’m a stomach sleeper and had a hard time with it as it’s firmer than my feather pillow but my husband is a side and back sleeper and has loved it. It gives him the support he needs without having to use a second pillow which has been nice as two pillows seem too high sometimes.

I was very excited to try out this pillow. It felt really nice when I’ll lay on it. The issue I had is that I would start feeling uncomforted in my neck and it would wake me up. The pillow would get too thin for me. I had to move the pillow around and then it would feel fine.

The pillows actually have very nice loft and are comfortable to lay on, but they are in no way, shape, or form a cooling material. These pillows are not only NOT cooling, but they actually get so hot that I would wake up sweating wherever my head and neck was touching the pillow. We tried multiple pillow case fabrics just in case that was the issue, but it always came down to the pillow simply not doing what it is advertised to do.
