This is another prime example of Members Mark Brand replacing a beloved brand, and in this case a perfect pillow, to make it junk. I do not understand how they think that their material substitutions would fool anyone. The pillow is flat in a week. It's not worth the supplies used to make it. The Luxury Hotel Pillow it mimics and replaced held up for a year and kept form and fluff. This is a door mat in a blink of an eye. Do NOT be fooled. This is the WORST pillow, thanks to "Members Mark." More and more, I am feeling ashamed to be a Sam's Club member. Sam's Club, enough of the Members Mark junk!! You will lose customers. Enough!!!

It was way, WAY too hard, and it doesn't have any give at all. I used it for all of one night and woke up in severe pain. I also bought it while it was one sale yet still got charged the full price for it. I will be taking the pillow back and getting a refund ASAP. Do NOT recommend, especially if you have a sensitive/difficult neck.

The pillow was in excellent packaging and arrived in pristine condition. It is made very well--super soft, yet is very sturdy and the perfect size. The memory foam is soft and feels really great. It offers just the right amount of resistance to provide support without making your head rest too high or too low. Overall, it is a great product. I took one star off because when it was fresh out of the protective plastic packaging it had a definite chemical odor. We let it air out in another room for a couple of days before using it and it was fine.

Unfortunately, I didn't have an opportunity to see if this pillow would work because the musty smell is disgusting. I thought it smelled a little funny when I took it out of the plastic but I thought it might abate. I put on my silk pillowcase, propped it up on the bed, and lay back on it to watch TV. Not only didn't the smell go away, it literally made my hair and pajamas smell musty, too. I'm extremely disappointed because it felt cool to the touch, which is what I wanted. It's heavy - a rock - but I had already expected that from seeing these types before. I'm a side sleeper who currently uses memory foam pillows that are really memory foam chunked up...okay at first but become very flat over time...so looked forward to something that might not flatten as quickly. But, as I said, the smell was so atrocious, as well as clung to me, that I never experienced if it would be an improvement for my actual sleeping. Now I have to go to the trouble of returning it (I have everything delivered from Sam's) during a busy holiday season, as well as having to find something else...all because of a musty smell that Sam's should be ashamed to provide to their members.

Really cool, literally. The pillow keeps its cool, and its very comfortable for a side sleeper. It has a nice quilted cover that is removeable. The one downside is the smell of the pillow, it has a strong fragrance upon opening the pillow and while laying on it.

I was looking forward to my 2 new Members Mark pillows on 1/17/26. However, the OVERPOWERING FORMALDEHYDE SMELL was too much. Sam's refunded me the same day. Today is 1/25/26, AND THEIR FORMALDEHYDE SMELL IS STILL TOO MUCH. I've aired them out, and I'm airing them out again hoping it will get better:(

I purchased this pillow over a month ago. Yes it had a plastic packaging smell, but I was patient and let it air out for several weeks. I slept on it for the first time last night as a back sleeper. I am glad that I did not take it back. I loved it. The zipper cover can be washed also. I have not washed the cover, but used my silk zippered pillowcase on top of the covered pillow.

I sleep on my side or stomach and either way this pillow fully supports and is comfortable. No more waking up with a kink in my neck or having to keep adjusting or “bunching up” the pillow a certain way to be comfortable. I have always just used budget type pillows until now and I wish I would have tried this sooner.

Definitely not a cooling pillow! A nicely made firm pillow .
