Nice lightweight but firm pillow. It did not go flat and I was comfortable using it sleeping on my side. I used it also to sit up against my headboard. It cradled to my head and neck and I don’t wake up with neck pain.

My son loves this pillow. It’s memory foam, and so soft. If you’re not a fan of memory foam, you might not like it. It is hotel quality, and also has a zipper so you can wash the outside if you happen to get it dirty. Very nice quality.

I use this pillow every night. I like the comfort. It seems like I’m sleeping on a new pillow every time I lay my head down. I’m not really getting a cooling sensation. I also like that the cover can be unzipped and washed.

These pillows are lot better than shredded foam pillows... sometimes I have the neckpain while sleeping but with this pillow I feels like it helps me a lot and it's memory foam helps to ajust the neck alignment.... liked the removable cover.

Nothing to describe it but wow. The material is perfect and always stay cool no matter how long you sleep on it. Love the washable cover as it make it easy to use and last longer. Highly recommended for hot summer

This pillow is comfortable but the only thing I don’t like is there is a smell to it that I can’t see to get rid of. That’s the only issue I have with this pillow other than that it’s perfect it isn’t too hard or soft just right.

I've spent the last couple of years searching for a pillow that I like . I've bought numerous ones ,only to retire them to the closet after a few weeks. I'm going on 1 month and this one is here to stay. Great value and luxurious feel.

I really like this pillow! It is firmer than most, but does get a little less firmer (not much) with use. I was looking for a pillow that would hold it's shape and this one does. It has no smell which is a plus!!

Love the pillow. I own 4 of them now. Only issue I have is when I tried to have one delivered. Website says in stock, ordered it and magically it's unavailable. So I physically go to the store and there's at least a hundred or more in the store. Someone make it make sense please.

It was way, WAY too hard, and it doesn't have any give at all. I used it for all of one night and woke up in severe pain. I also bought it while it was one sale yet still got charged the full price for it. I will be taking the pillow back and getting a refund ASAP. Do NOT recommend, especially if you have a sensitive/difficult neck.
