Medium firmness pillow that doesn't have too much give to it. With materials uses should hold up well to continued use. From my short time using he pillow does not get hot when sleeping. No flipping the pillow needed.

This is a nice pillow. It is firm, but not too firm. If I had one critique, it would be that it seems a little on the small side. If it was a little thicker, it would be better for me. It still aided in a good night's sleep.

This pillow is so comfortable. It molds to my head, but bounces back in shape afterwards. The knit cooling cover is so soft, and the zippered closure allows it to be removed and cleaned easily. Overall love it!

I found this pillow was very comfortable, the first night I used it I slept well. My neck felt sufficiently supported by the firmness while still having the give to be comfortable. It also stayed cool throughout the entire night.

Not as "cool" (literally) as advertised but it doesn't get as warm as most pillows. Great for side and front sleepers, fits my neck and head comfortably. I cannot speak for back sleepers for I am not one. Price is a bit high though.

Love it, very cushiony, and thick but not too thick where your face sinks in, and is very cooling. My son sweats often in his sleep so this pillow really helps regulate his temperature

Back in 2020, I broke my neck, back and ribs due to a fall. I've had a hard time finding comfortable pillows. This has been a pleasure to use and helps alleviate the issues. It's soft and very comfortable on my neck and head!

Pillow was nice and comfortable. Not too firm but just soft enough. So far does a good job of maintaining the form and not sagging due to it being a memory foam. I hope they make a king size version at some point.

The only pillow you will need. I usually need to stack a few pillows to get them to just the correct height but this one is just right. Not too firm but fully able to hold its shape through all my tossing and turning.

Members Mark Hotel Premier Collection Premium Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow was nice the first couple days, but wasn't after this. It was too ridged, firm, etc and wouldn't become more soft or jelly.
