I love that this pillow has a cushioned cover that can be removed to wash. I do not feel the cooling effect but it is firm and very comfortable. I recommend for a comfortable pillow but not for a cooling effect.

This is a nice firm pillow and provides a lot of support while sleeping. Not ideal for people who sleep on their stomach but definitely a good pillow for back and side sleepers. I love how it stays cool through the night as well.

This pillow is comfortable but the only thing I don’t like is there is a smell to it that I can’t see to get rid of. That’s the only issue I have with this pillow other than that it’s perfect it isn’t too hard or soft just right.

I needed a pillow that would not go flat during the night and end up giving me neck pain. This pillow fits the bill, just the right amount of support and cooling as well.

Members Mark Hotel Premier Collection Premium Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow was nice the first couple days, but wasn't after this. It was too ridged, firm, etc and wouldn't become more soft or jelly.

This pillow is great for someone who likes a rather flat pillow like myself. I wish it was a bit longer. The smell of a new pillow does tend to bother me some so I let it air out some. I don’t wake up with a neck ache as it holds its shape.

Nice lightweight but firm pillow. It did not go flat and I was comfortable using it sleeping on my side. I used it also to sit up against my headboard. It cradled to my head and neck and I don’t wake up with neck pain.

Very comfortable pillow. Very fresh. Doesn't get hot while sleeoing which helps get better quality of sleep. I would definitely recommend and would buy more for me and my family. The fabric is very soft as well.

The Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection pillow is very comfortable. The cooling effect is noticeable, but it could be stronger. I like the quality of construction. It should last for years. I would order more of these.

It wasn't what I'd expected. The pillow didn't conform to my head like I thought it would. It did have a strong plastic smell, that didn't dissipate as quickly as I felt it should have. My husband didn't find that it was comfortable either.
