Very comfortable supportive memory foam pillow. Pillow comes with 5 year limited warranty. The memory foam is 100% made in the USA . At first it has a slightly “new” smell which dissipated upon covering with a pillow case.

This pillow is comfortable but the only thing I don’t like is there is a smell to it that I can’t see to get rid of. That’s the only issue I have with this pillow other than that it’s perfect it isn’t too hard or soft just right.

This is a decent pillow. The material feels nice, and the pillow is nicely made. I wanted more memory foam in the pillow, so maybe a little softer like other memory foam pillows I have tried. This is most likely a personal preference.

I've been using this pillow for 2 weeks now and love it. I love a firm pillow and have had a hard time finding one until now. I'm very happy with this purchase. No more beating up my pillow to fluff it before going to sleep!

The Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection pillow is very comfortable. The cooling effect is noticeable, but it could be stronger. I like the quality of construction. It should last for years. I would order more of these.

Medium firmness pillow that doesn't have too much give to it. With materials uses should hold up well to continued use. From my short time using he pillow does not get hot when sleeping. No flipping the pillow needed.

Great pillow. Conforms to head well. Medium soft. Standard size. Very comfortable. Love the way it feels. Sleep better with this pillow would definitely love to get a pair. Fits full size pillow case.

If you want COOL and huggable this is the foam pillow for you. It is so soft and squishable! Zip off cover for washing. My daughter loves it. As soon as it arrived she laid on it and wouldn't give it back!

This pillow is so comfortable. It molds to my head, but bounces back in shape afterwards. The knit cooling cover is so soft, and the zippered closure allows it to be removed and cleaned easily. Overall love it!

Not as "cool" (literally) as advertised but it doesn't get as warm as most pillows. Great for side and front sleepers, fits my neck and head comfortably. I cannot speak for back sleepers for I am not one. Price is a bit high though.
