This is not a soft pillow, but it is also not so firm that it is uncomfortable. My head does not sink into the pillow much so in that sense it provides good support and is not hot. Overall I am happy with it after 2 weeks.

This is a decent pillow. The material feels nice, and the pillow is nicely made. I wanted more memory foam in the pillow, so maybe a little softer like other memory foam pillows I have tried. This is most likely a personal preference.

I am a side sleeper and this pillow and its size is perfect for side sleepers. No more shoulder or neck pains after using this pillow. Pillow quality is excellent. This comes with an removable pillow case which we can wash and use.

This memory pillow is great to sleep on. Stays true to your head and gives you a good nights sleep. It stays cool and doesn’t allow for heat to law you uncomfortable. Definitely worth every penny for a great nights sleep.

I've spent the last couple of years searching for a pillow that I like . I've bought numerous ones ,only to retire them to the closet after a few weeks. I'm going on 1 month and this one is here to stay. Great value and luxurious feel.

Have used them for a month. I use a C-PAP machine and these pillows retain their shape really well. The C-PAP tubing tolerates the pillow and I have never had a pillow that did not tangle with the tubing.

I have been using this pillow since last week and I have been sleeping so soundly. No neck pain when you get up or no back pain when you get up in the morning. I have ordered 3 more for my other bedroom and my living area. Wonderful

I LOVE this pillow! It doesn't get a dent from your head like polyester filled pillows do. And it's not so thick that your neck is at an awkward angle all night. PLUS it's a cooling pillow! Those of us with hot flashes can really appreciate that!

This pillow is soo soft & comfortable. When you sleep it adjust to your head/ neck but gets back to being fluffy. The pillow never looses the shape even thou u used it. This is good if you need support on your neck.

I’ve been using this pillow for a week now and it’s been great! It keeps cool and being memory foam feels soft and yet firm. This is probably one of my favorite pillows I’ve ever had. Also it doesn’t smell bad.
