Pillow was nice and comfortable. Not too firm but just soft enough. So far does a good job of maintaining the form and not sagging due to it being a memory foam. I hope they make a king size version at some point.

Very comfortable pillow. Very fresh. Doesn't get hot while sleeoing which helps get better quality of sleep. I would definitely recommend and would buy more for me and my family. The fabric is very soft as well.

The pillow did smell a little opening it up from the bed but a quick trip in the dryer and it's fine now I think k it's just from the memory foam I had a mattress that was the same way but this pillow is comfy and great

This is a good, solid cooling memory foam pillow. It is just firm enough to be supportive of my head while I sleep but not so firm that it is uncomfortable. I am still adapting to it but it is a great quality pillow.

I love this pillow!! It is super firm and very comfortable. It has a removable cover which makes it very convenient to keep clean. It has feels super cool and springs back quickly for the perfect fit ever time.

This pillow is actually really nice. I am very particular about my pillow and I did sleep for awhile before I woke up the first night. It stayed cool; however, it did have a slight odor in the pillow. I’m assuming that will wear off over time.

I really like this pillow! It is firmer than most, but does get a little less firmer (not much) with use. I was looking for a pillow that would hold it's shape and this one does. It has no smell which is a plus!!

Could stand to be thinker and more firm. It's comfortable and cool, but doesn't provide the support for side sleepers. Several times now I've awoken to a sore neck.

This pilllow is a great thickness and just the right amount of compression. I don’t really feel the cooling aspect to it but it’s definitely doesn’t get warm/hot after sleeping on it. It would be great for both side and back sleepers.
