This pillow is so comfortable. It molds to my head, but bounces back in shape afterwards. The knit cooling cover is so soft, and the zippered closure allows it to be removed and cleaned easily. Overall love it!

This pillow is great for neck and shoulder support. The pillow stays cooler than my other pillows. I love how comfy it is. It has a very noticeable smell to it which really makes it less enjoyable. It has helped my tension headaches a lot.

The pillow is very firm. It holds the shape of your head and supports your neck. The support you get from the pillow is great. It doesn't loose its shape and will return to its original shape. I recommend this pillow for great neck and back support.

Very comfortable supportive memory foam pillow. Pillow comes with 5 year limited warranty. The memory foam is 100% made in the USA . At first it has a slightly “new” smell which dissipated upon covering with a pillow case.

This pillow is great for someone who likes a rather flat pillow like myself. I wish it was a bit longer. The smell of a new pillow does tend to bother me some so I let it air out some. I don’t wake up with a neck ache as it holds its shape.

The Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection pillow is very comfortable. The cooling effect is noticeable, but it could be stronger. I like the quality of construction. It should last for years. I would order more of these.

I like this pillow, my favorite part about it is how cool it is. I live in a warmer environment, so that is a must. It’s a little too firm for my liking though. My husband used it for a night and said he really liked it Was not too firm for him

Really like this pillow! It is memory foam and forms while you lay on it, but its not too soft or hard. This is truly cooling memory foam. It will keep you from getting to hot while you sleep. Would recommend!

This pillow is actually really nice. I am very particular about my pillow and I did sleep for awhile before I woke up the first night. It stayed cool; however, it did have a slight odor in the pillow. I’m assuming that will wear off over time.

This pillow is a terrific addition. I have enjoyed the cooling characteristics and the firm memory foam. It has a removable cover so you can wash it. I am a side-sleeper and I prefer the medium firm for great neck support.
