Vey comfortable. Medium firmness for a nemory foam. Slight odor out of package so gave it a spray of febreze and its been fine. Great price.

Medium firmness pillow that doesn't have too much give to it. With materials uses should hold up well to continued use. From my short time using he pillow does not get hot when sleeping. No flipping the pillow needed.

This pillow has some good features- those being you can easily take off and wash the cover and it holds it shape. I found it too firm and didn’t support my neck. Also I didn’t find that it stayed cool overnight.

This pilllow is a great thickness and just the right amount of compression. I don’t really feel the cooling aspect to it but it’s definitely doesn’t get warm/hot after sleeping on it. It would be great for both side and back sleepers.

This pillow works great for those nights when hot flashes hit. It definitely has a cooling effect. This is one of our family’s favorite pillows because of how comfortable they are. We are side sleepers and it works well for comfort and support.

This pillow is a terrific addition. I have enjoyed the cooling characteristics and the firm memory foam. It has a removable cover so you can wash it. I am a side-sleeper and I prefer the medium firm for great neck support.

This pillow is great for someone who likes a rather flat pillow like myself. I wish it was a bit longer. The smell of a new pillow does tend to bother me some so I let it air out some. I don’t wake up with a neck ache as it holds its shape.

Really like this pillow! It is memory foam and forms while you lay on it, but its not too soft or hard. This is truly cooling memory foam. It will keep you from getting to hot while you sleep. Would recommend!

The Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection pillow is very comfortable. The cooling effect is noticeable, but it could be stronger. I like the quality of construction. It should last for years. I would order more of these.
